Excellent service! Will use your company again. Fair warning though...double check your ISBN number and compare items before you hit the final button purchase as you cannot exchange or return items. I ordered 240 books that turned out to be board books when I thought I was ordering a paperback version.
I needed a large quantity of books for a classroom and bulkbookstore.com was able to locate the copies quickly, at a very fair price, and delivered as promised. No complaints. Would use them again without question.
We had a very pleasant experience from initiation to close. Heather and Reagan were the two representatives assisting us with the order. They were professional in communication and and efficient working with our bookkeeper through the red tape associated with payment, as we are in a public school where funding is limited and specific procedures must be followed. Order books from an author presenting at an event and had a specific time window. While communication was a bit delayed, I did contact BulkBookstore and always received a great response & shipping information. Upon the actual shipping--it took much less time then expected--only 3 days for ground in my case (states up to 10), day of shipping I received all the tracking details, things arrived timely, securely and in great shape.

You guys are GREAT! We were happy with your responsiveness and your prices. However, the one thing you could do that would reduce anxiety is to provide tracking numbers immediately - Our order came from different vendors and arrived on different dates. I would have liked more info on when to expect each vendor's books before I felt the need to email you about them. Not sure this is doable for you but would be appreciated if you can. Thanks again.

The experience was marred when UPS misplaced one of five boxes of books for 3 days. That is a rarity for UPS and was quickly rectified once I called them. Meanwhile BulkBookStore had been tracking the shipment and stood ready to help if I had not accomplished a resolution quickly.
I would not hesitate to order from BulkBookStore again and would actually seek them out. They offer an excellent value in product and really follow orders to completion.
