Bulb works flawlessly. It was difficult to install, though. The screw hole alignment was ever so slightly off, had to curse and finagle to install (installing upside down standing on my sectional sofa). I know it was the bulb housing because as one point I quit trying to install the new bulb and reinstalled the old bulb. The old one went back in without a hassle, proving it was the screw alignment in the housing and not installer error.
The rating for the bulb is for initial quality, since its only been installed but a few days. The picture quality was equal to the factory bulb. Will update at a later time. Couldn't pass up such a great price. Normally I would suspect that there just couldn't be such a big difference in the prices. But what made me decide to take the chance was that, "it's just a light bulb", it shouldn't cost $250. Heck, it shouldn't even cost $60!
Update, this is two years later. The bulb lasted me a year, just as long as the original factory bulb. When that one went out I ordered a second bulb, but gave me trouble after 2 weeks so I ordered another one. When I got that one, just for kicks, I reinstalled the one that went out, and surprisingly it worked! It's possible the projector was at fault and not the bulb and when I turned it off and powered it back up it fixed itself. I will continue buying these bulbs. I may order real soon even though I don't need one immediately because I'm assuming the tariffs on Chinese goods are kicking in now or in December.
Wow" of all the replacement bulbs I purchased, this was the best! The picture was spectacular! Better color, better hues. You get what you pay for.
Placed my order and received it in less than a week. And I live in Guam. I also ordered again because there are a wide variety of bulbs that are in stock. I will recommend this site to others.

I had zero clue to what type or size of light was needed for our new workstations. Bulb America made it easy to match the dead light tube with what they offer. Website was easy to manage, order placement, confirmation and follow-up was great. Definitely will use again and refer to other businesses.

The 4000K Copper Trim down lights I ordered were too too blinding for the kitchen; not not mention, one of the four blinked when not dimmed. Ordering the replacement 3000K lights was not an easy task. When the replacements arrived, the copper trims were used; I paid full price for new parts. No matter, the 3000Ks are perfect, and no blinking; so far.
Everything was great. Only problem was with the postal service that didnt deliver it one week later than it was suppose to be here. They claimed the address was u readable but it was very clear on there
Originally the bulb that I needed was out of stock and was offered to be notified when it was back in stock. Only needed to wait 3 days and was notified. Ordered it and was@ my doorstep in 3-4 days. Very happy with my bulb & the experience. Packed securely, too.

This is my first time ordering from Bulbamerica. I had previously purchased a replacement bulb for my Mitsubishi DLP model WD-******* from another merchant that claimed to be an OEM replacement that was supposed to last up to 6,000 hours. It looked like the right bulb and housing, but the part number was filed off of the housing. That bulb lasted just under 2 months of barely 4 hours daily use. So I was in search of another replacement bulb once again. My search led me to Bulbamerica and after reading many reviews, I crossed my fingers and ordered an OEM bulb and was skeptical that I would receive the genuine replacement. The 90 day warranty helped me make this decision.
I was very pleased when my order arrived 3 days sooner than expected. Upon opening the box, I again was very pleased to find the inner box that held the bulb and housing was clearly branded as Philips. The housing for the bulb also had the part number engraved on the side and the unit was identical to the original bulb and housing that came with my TV. Bulbamerica has earned my trust and I will continue to order from them. I would give 5 stars but I haven't used the bulb yet because I kept an old one that still has some life in it. Will be changing it out soon.
So far, out of the 20 orders I have placed, only 1 had an issue and that broken bulb was likely the fault of UPS. Some bulbs (H11LLX) do have the wrong specs listed, like it saying it is 55 volts and 55 watts when it's actually 12 volts and 55 watts.

You sent the wrong bulb. Called five times no response. Do not want to deal with you anymore. I looked through the list and pictures and it looks like I shouldve been sent the NSP 10 e26 halogen light bulb.
I had a broken bulb that I had previously purchased locally. Doing it online concerned me, because I wasn't sure I would get the right thing. But the online descriptions and pictures extremely helpful.
