I just signed up for a full license for Brilliant Directories. I have to say that the salesman Dennis T was a big help. He was very patient with me and helped guide me through the process honestly and well not holding anything back.
I'm excited about the prospect of developing a great directory that can be used for God's glory.

Software looks good and appears to have the features we need. Forum, support and help files not very helpful. Was also looking at edirectory but the price swung it.
This place is a scam, they will stop responding to you after you make the purchase. They won't even answer the phone and one of the sales associates used a fake address. Don't do it. Find someone you know and trust to build you a site. Don't waste your money. Plus, most people do fake reviews. This is a sophisticated organization that will rip you off. Don't ignore this just because there are many positive reviews. It's a scam.
My decision to select Brilliant Directories as our Directory Site Partner was based on the ease of setup and the ability to keep 100 percent of our subscriber fees. What was cool was Dennis wasn't trying to sell me. He asked the right questions, listened to what my companies core competency is, and then he highlighted the exact features that would help our company accomplish our goals.

Brilliant Directories has go great reviews and I've been looking to set up a structure with little experience. Seems like Brilliant Directories has what I need - looking forward to watching all the intro videos and reading tips to set it up right. Customer service so far has been solid.

As a lot of you searching we did a ton. I know a lot about all the WP and plugins and different directory type templates and this BD is going to do the job. They were much more patient with us asking all types of questions while doing the demo online. One of their competitors edirectory was not very good salesmen and a little obtuse. Ither way BD software will serve us better in the long run and does not require us to buy a bunch of mods like edirectory does. Both are good software but for us Brilliant Directories is going to be better and has almost all the options we need.

The thing that drew me into brilliant directories is the amount of support and resources they offer along with an amazingly capable tool. I'm blown away at all their software can do, and I'm excited to work alongside a partner in helping me accomplish my business plan.
I haven't got my site up and running yet, however the resources and help available is very impressive. Although I felt in some parts the sales rep was trying to make his quota (came across quite annoyed & short answered if I had to delay purchasing for personal reasons). This made me really hesitant to pursue this as I was nervous about the quality of support I would receive once I pay.
Still yet to fully experience it but at the moment I am taking my time reading all their advice and tutorials. Overall it looks very easy to use and good value for money!

I haven't tried the new boot strap software yet but it is supposed to be 100 percent responsive. The company has sold me 3 directory licenses and it appears they have many themes available that off er a wide variety of turn key directory styles that I plan to utilize for a very prosperous future.

I haven't started setting up my website yet, but the service has been great so far. The resources are seemingly limitless and I've been receiving relatively quick responses from Kelvin. I hope to have the same feelings from BD moving forward as I am looking forward to working with them and building my startup business website. We've taken a good hard look at a few of the directory projects and were really quite surprised by how well brilliant directories has attended to some of the more complicated issues and maintained a functional, well thought out structure while retaining the ability to customize.
Well worth spending some time with the trial to make sure the feature set is where you want it to be but for us it ticked nearly all of the requirements. Great job guys :)

I have been reviewing several directory software platforms. Brilliant has had the best communication and support answering questions. Also, some of the other software the initial pricing was competitive, but then I realized that to get my site to do some of the cool things the demo site would do, they were all very costly add ons. But with Brilliant everything was included, so it made my decision easy. I pulled the trigger with Brilliant and not looking back.

Ive been looking around for a directory website for a while. The built in features are close to exactly what I needed. The great thing about Brilliant Directories, is its easy to customise.
Its built by a company who owns directory sites, so they have tested things that help convert more free members to paying members.
Brilliant Directories is the best product in the market.
I am using Brilliant Directories from last two days. It's easier to use and setup. Everything is well documented. It's 100 % reliable directories portal.
However, what I don't like is that Brilliant Directories staff are useless in managing their time and responding.
I fixed an appointment in their system, but they didn't show up and wasted my time. Definitely they have poor management and I hope they will improve.
To conclude, Brilliant Directories is an excellent product.
I was looking for a turn key solution that would allow me to concentrate on developing a project that might prove to be a useful second income and I didn't want to have monthly bills so I went for a full license package. I like the idea that the package could handle many different types of site. I haven't as yet had a chance to explore it fully but the outlay cost was worth the risk.
Dennis is outstanding! He was extremely responsive. We emailed back and forth for the last 10 days. He kept me well informed of everything that he could in order to help me make my decision. We had two phone chats. He was clear, precise and so knowledgeable that everything Brilliant Directories has to offer. Dennis definitely made my choice to go with Brilliant Directories a choice I know I won't regret!
