The first tree came after m 10 days of travel. It was just about dead. So we called the company and they sent us a new tree right away, which came in two days. They held they upheld their word and made sure that we got a really good quality tree on the second try. I would use brighter blooms again because of their trustworthiness.
2 gallon rose was alive and well, but had a major branch removed so it is kind of half a rose. And there is a huge turn in the main stem that sits below the dirt. Also the leaves were colored and spotted. But I think it's going to be OK. Roses are tough.
Purchased an olive tree for my grandson's birthday thru Walmart. Com. The first tree died, Brighter Blooms products can be returned to Walmart where they packaged and scanned the return. Immediately a refund was credited to my account. I ordered another tree and it's beautiful, my grandson is delighted with his tree and sends me pictures weekly.
My shipping was delayed for about over a week due to national snowstorm, but all of them arrived still alive! Except one, only because the soil was leaking out of the plastic bag leading the root to dry out. I planted 9 of 10 from my order and made a full of 60 feet line of 9 one feet tall each. I hope they will be thriving after two weeks since planted.
Easy shopping and received my tree very quickly. But when received the tree was upside down with many leaves and branches broken off. Have had it for a few weeks and used the vitamin water that I purchased and seems to still be alive.

It's a beautiful weeping cherry. I also got a blackberry bush. I emailed customer service to tell them that the free plant was something different than advertised. I only wanted to let them know for inventory purposes, but they immediately shipped merge correct plant.
My sister ordered a Julia Child rose bush for us after our daughter passed away last November. The bush did not make it through the winter, and I called Brighter Blooms and they gladly replaced it. The new bush seems to be doing well.
My dogwood tree took a long time to get to me after shipping. It arrived with white fungus on 3/4 of the leaves and roots that did not look robust. The company offered suggestions about how to treat the fungus and also assures me it will work with me if it fails to thrive within 30 days. Not sure about the outcome but for the price, I don't think the tree should have these initial problems.

Products no in good condition. Many broken branches, leaves in poor condition. I had a similar experience before with an order from Brighter Blooms. In the earlier order, the plants delivered were barely alive and died 7 months after planting.

Amazing customer service... thank you Missy for your opinion, information and navigation on my selection. Products selections are vast and most importantly the trees I ordered arrived quick, and have taken to root and have begun to show nice growth.
I bought three plants and two out of three were not in the greatest condition. My fiddle leaf fig had crumpled and leaves that looked as though they were suffering from root rot. Croton was perfect. And my Swiss cheese plant needed some serious tlc. I'm now trying to propagate the two plants that were having trouble to at least try and salvage them. Shipping was quick and they were well packaged but condition of the plants could be better.
Our trees arrived on time and in great condition. We bought them to replace some of ours we had planted from starters that didn't make it. We live in a very windy location and so far they are doing great!
Upon ordering my four double red blossom Knock Out Roses, they were shipped immediately and arrived in pristine condition, perfect timing for my newly created flower bed. It is so nice to be able to order exactly what I want, not having to drive all over Seattle searching. I have ordered many, many items from Brighter Blooms over the years and will continue.
The tree we received and planted it the same day. It doesn't seem to be doing well but it is alive. We planted it exactly like the instructions said and with a bigger hole than required. It just has never seemed to perk up like everything else we plant does. Maybe soon it will respond. My wife gave it some Miracle grow yesterday. Hopefully it will come out of it soon. We have planted more than 40 trees around our house and have never lost one yet. We have a 5 1/2 acre yard. We are watching it closely.

This was my first time ordering plants online so I was a little hesitant. My plants arrived in excellent shape due to the way they were packaged. I have planted the hydrangea and the jasmine and they are doing well so far. I will certainly order from Brighter Blooms again. They are more expensive then other companies I looked at but worth the extra money. Delivery was prompt also.
The tree was shipped in a timely fashion via Fedex and packaged very well. However, upon opening it was obvious that with severely wilted leaves the tree was going to die. I took photos, immediately planted, and monitored for a couple weeks just in case. All leaves dried and fell. Sent photos and request for replacement to the e-mail address supplied with the enclosed planting instructions, but the company ignored it. A phone call to customer service documented the problem, but they required another 3 week wait before sending a replacement - "just in case". Barely got the replacement tree in the ground before hard freeze here, and so far it looks healthy. This was an incremental addition to my existing orchard, but it will be my first and last purchase here. With any luck I won't have to request another health tree in the spring.

One of the three plants were placed upside down and appears to have been damaged during delivery. I have replanted all 3 and awaiting the status. After a week, we are still seeing green but that one plant is about half the size of the other two.
There was an issue that someone during packaging or somewhere picked up one of the trees by the trunk. Which means it was just sitting very loosely in the dirt with burlap. Took our chances and replanted it with root stimulator. Hoping our efforts save the tree.
