I've been using brainly for a while now and there is one thing that is constantly a problem. I'm doing a test and I use brainly on every question. I end up getting a 60% and I spend 20 minutes watching stupid ads. If you're gonna make us sit through and watch 30 seconds of ads for every question just to give us an answer that isn't right 40% of the time, it just isn't worth it. I also find it ironic how they are saying be honorable and your teachers will love you if you use this. My teachers would fail me if they knew how often I use this stupid website. Also you're honorable policy is a waste of time so just stop trying. Also your honorable policy is making people not use brainly, therefore losing you money because not as many people are watching your stupid ads. Basically, this website might seem like it's a good website at first look but once you get down to it you guys are just penny pinching liars that steal our time and give us wrong answers.
My phone broke and had to purchase a new phone. U would think all I would have to do is download app and login... nope. I sent a email requesting for it to be fixed from the email linked to the account I purchased it under. They claim I didn't have a PayPal under that email. Sent a screenshot of the transaction and it still wasn't enough. 7 days 6 emails still waiting for a solution on a 25$ purchase for an app that only helps 65% of the time. The app itself could be awesome with a few tweaks customer service needs a complete makeover! Like seriously they need a big meeting! Think twice before you download this company needs some work...

I bought Brainly Plus 3 months ago to finish up school without too much effort. Now that school is starting up, I tried using my account again, only to find out that the 1 year of Plus I bought for $24 no longer works and I have to pay another $24. I tried to contact support, but they have no email listed and their in-site contact does not work.
Every time i try to sign in it keeps saying "We're sorry, but we are not able to complete your registration at this time." I keep trying to get in for two months! TWO! Its so!@#$ing annoying! DO NOT GET THIS!
They are unrelenting when it comes to trying to get a refund. The minute they charge you, they will not refund you even if you never used their service during the trial period. They state that they'll remind you right before you are charged but that isn't the case.

Brainly will not refund you. They often do not get the answers that you want, yet they get your money. The problem (or good thing for them) is that they have a gimmick that does attract people (especially during a pandemic).
However, if you ever have a problem, they will not give you the respect of a person who chooses to spend their hard earned money on their services.
Bottom line, don't do it... Don't use or pay Brainly.
The fact that questions are displayed on a timeline shows that they can be easily missed.
It's been days and my question hasn't been answered, but on other websites like Quora, i asked the same question and it was answered way faster. Also it randomly logged me out of my account for no reason...
Brainly is SO annoying! It never lets me see the answers to the question! I need to watch an ad or pay to cheat on my test or homework, and it's stupid. It helps because I get the questions right, but it's just annoying in general. Only use if you want to have a headache because of too much ads or get scammed by paying for it!

Why does this even exist? It's literally just a way for some kid who wants to avoid their work and not get smart to go online, type in a question, and immediately get the answer.
Second question.
The site is way too easy to "hack" or trick into thinking you are answering a question, but just typing a random phrase long enough to be seen as an answer, and you still earn the points.

If I could give Brainly negative five stars I would. Not only are many of the answers wrong, sometimes the wrong answers will get rated five stars so you'll think they are right. Brainly is also filled with annoying adds, I would say I spend 99.9% of my time watching them and 0.1% of my time getting answers. Overall this site is annoying and cheap. STAY OFF IT!
The stupid app literally deletes everything I try to answer. It's annoying and how does the app expect me to earn points if the app doesn't even let me answer? Your app is stupid and you should do away better job at fixing it instead of just deleting answers that are not even bad. You suck at your job! I have even more $#*! to stay, but I'll try to be nice.:) Anyways, get this done and fix it nooooowwwwwww!
I am giving this a one star because how the moderations worked in this site and would get warned for three times (the first one was for using a translator to speak to a fellow Filipino and i did that so they can understand the answer i provided and it has been a longg time since I spoke tagalog. The second and third time were all for harmless questions that ive asked! And now I have two strikes on my account because of it)
The moderators take down a bunch academic questions and the ones that try to confront the mods of their mistakes. This needs to be fixed. 1 main one is a mod named Keyonn. But most of the mods are like this and it's not okay. It's abuse of power and people can't even learn anymore because of mods.
I worked so hard answering other people question so i can ask mine and when i post what i needed for my quiz they took it all down and said its a bad question, how is it a bad question if all i said was Pablo mixes 6 units white paint and 1 unit black paint to make gray paint. What two equations show the relationship between units of white paint, w, and units of black paint, b? Like come on now

Answers are generally reliable and helps alot with my work, people are friendly but the moderation is not the best as answers that are correct or questions are sometimes deleted for no apparent reason. This has sorta been fixed but it's annoying. I love this app though and I do recommend it.
I try to log in to my account and it constantly asks me to complete registration even tho I already completed it over 10 times already. And after getting very frustrated with it constantly to complete registration, i put under 13 and now I can no longer complete registration.
It constantly shows ads, despite me using a vpn. It constantly asks me to apply for a trial, and when I need an answer quickly it's always a 40 second ad in front of it. The answers are correct, but the site is completely useless if you're stuck in a question and need answers quickly.
Its a great tool for asking questions, but they wont let you see the answers if you reached your limit of 15 answers it wont let you see them until you watch an ad of create a account and you have to pay for some answers. Don't get me wrong it does help with homework and test.

This website has one goal, and that is to take your money. They will have you register for a free trial, then they will charge you $39 regardless of when you cancel. Horrible website.
