Always where I come for all my bowling needs. You have a good selection of products, great service, and awesome shipping. Absolutely love that you ship free to Alaska, reccomend you to everyone. My one suggestion would be to please add a filter feature to your site or something, make it a little more front end user friendly. Site is a bit clunky and not the easiest to navigate to what you're looking for.
When my bowling shoes arrived they were the wrong size. I called and spoke with Shannon and she was super helpful and took care of everything. I was able to return them and order another pair which arrived right on time as expected with no problems. I had emailed the company prior to the phone call but got faster response by calling. Overall it was a good experience and I'd definitely order from them again.
Had some difficultly not your problem but Postal Service delivery was unsatisfactory they had ball since 3/8/18 I was never notified and by chance asked at local post office if I had a package.
THE BAG WAS EXACTLY AS SHOWN ONYOUR WEBSITE. GOOD QUALITY. IT IS A MOTHERS DAY GIFT FOR MY 82 YEAR OLD MOTHER,WHO STILL BOWLS ON A LEAGUE.

I have been buying equipment from bowlerstore.com now for over a year. Currently I have placed over 5 orders in since purchasing products from there site. The Order is always out fast and accurate. When they did not have the requested Pin. I received a email and call the next day to inform me on what configuration the currently had available and if I would like this shipped.

Your site doesn't seem user friendly. It took three attempts to order a single pair of shoes. I abandoned my attempts at Bowlingball.com when their site failed to complete the order I attempted repeatedly place.
