I would order again if I needed any bowling supplies
I have to date purchased 2 bowling balls. 1 large and one duckpin. I have also have purchased a pair of bowling shoes. The products exquisitely unique and eye catching. The customer service top notch.
I place a Oder and They mail me the wrong i them I don't know what happen, I hope they fix this problem please
Was marked as shipped, Wasn't shipped Until I emailed, and $#*!ed.
Then I received the item, illegible, And crooked on a terry cloth.
Don't waste your time, Or money.
Never sent products paid in full. After numerus emails they never responded. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund. No customer service or communication. I will never try do business with them again.
It was my first time purchasing from this place. Item was flimsy. Not accommodating at all. No free returns and items are extremely expensive to ship back. I will never purchase from here ever again!
This place is a scam. They cancelled my shoes on an amazon order and never credited my account. The "contact seller " info says there was no charge, yet there was. I unknowingly ordered a ball from the same company, not amazon, they charged me, but after 5 business days there has been no contact. There is no way anyone should do business with this company by any means. The reviews that average 4.6 must be false reviews, looks like Sitejabber is not paying attention. There is no way this company failed me twice within a week and it has not happened to anyone else. It wants "proof of purchase", but the cancelled order says 0.00, Yet my account says there was a charge, and my order for the ball cant be screen shot. So how can I provide that?

The site says delivery time 1 -3 days arrival. My ball was shipped on Monday I received it today on Friday. All in all I will shop here again.
Hard to find my size 17 and fast shipping right to my porch.
My daughter loves her new shoes, she said they are comfy.

The only item that I can add is that each and everyone should really look over what your buying. I thought that I was getting a leather top to my bag and only recieved a nylon top, and the wheels are 5" plastic not hard rubber.
You would think that if you paid over $265.00 for a three bowling ball carrier that it would not be so cheaply finished, designed or constructed.
