I had to contact the bowlerstore to change the order slightly. They were great and got the corrected order to me really fast and exactly as we wanted in time for Christmas! It was a great experience all around.

I was concerned that the Texans bowling ball I ordered would look cheesy and the design wouldn't look very good in person, but I am very happy to say it looks awesome! My boyfriend will love this Christmas gift.

Products and services are great. I ordered a personalized towel, but was a little surprised when the plain towel arrived with a note that the stitching machine was down. This is a Christmas gift.
Otherwise, Internet ordering was clean and trouble free.

Just one problem with order page. I thought I was ordering 1
Bottle of ball cleaner. [Twice I did this] I received a small bag of "easy slide"!
The main item I ordered was just fine.

Will comment after order is received. Received order but as usual federal express always has some issue with my address. Not any of your fault at all, was shipped promptly just the usual delays from FedEx.

Everything was fine. The shoes are a gift to a family member for christmas and they are here long before then so thanks.

The only problem I had is the options for item protection was not well definded and i thought I paid for shoe protection when in fact I paid for drilling protection. You should be able to only show the selections for the type of product you are ordering.

Great selection on candlepin bowling bags. Wish you had a selection of hand towels for candlepin (they are much smaller than the ones you have listed for ten pin).

I'm very happy with the order, but its a christmas gift for my wife so remains to be seen how much she likes them. I think she will be very happy.

I bought a bowling ball for my husband and everything was great except the delivery date. I paid for a 2-3 day delivery, when I didn't get it in that time frame I contacted the company and they reimbursed me my shipping fee. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I received the ball a few days later and it still made it on time for the date I had to have it by.

I have ordered from here before, easy site to maneuver, quality products, good prices, quick delivery. I will shop here again.
