If I could give bowlerstrore.com a ZERO rating I would.
Shipped incorrect products to me, shipped my products to the customer whos products I received and even knowingly admitted that it was their mistake but will not issue a credit until the products are back in their warehouse because it is their "policy". Mean while, I am out $160.00 because of their "policy".
Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.
I will go out of my way to never purchase from bowlerstore.com again!
All is good. The bag was not as wide as I expected but the bowls fit tight and that's fine.

The only thing that I was a little unhappy with is the item was ready to be shipped and a tracking number assigned on 3/29/19 but USPS did not get the item until 4/1/19. The delivery time was still very fast.

Was very excited to shop with you guys but when I received my order that was a birthday gift to my uncle, none of the engraving or gloss finish or even birthday wrap was done to the ball even though I was charged and paid for it. Also the ball was very scuffed and scratched up pretty bad.
