I've ordered from here many times before but this time was pretty bad. Their shipping takes forever to begin with but then my order got lost in the mail. Since it had been weeks since I'd ordered the first time, some of the books were no longer available to replace. The replacement order again took forever. When the box arrived it looked like someone kicked it all the way here. USPS wrapped it in tape saying it arrived to them in that condition. Then upon checking the box, a book was missing. It's honestly too much hassle to contact again for $5, but it's extremely annoying.

I check Book Outlet regularly to browse those categories of books I'm interested in. I always find something good, whether a new release or a hidden gem. And the prices are unbeatable! I also value the fact that I can collect points towards coupons.

I can't always find every book I'm looking for, but they have a massive selection at great prices. My only request would be to allow us to select our favorite authors and get an email when you have books from them in stock. I would end up buying a lot more that way if I didn't always have to guess and search.

I have ordered many books from Book Outlet for our granddaughter. Almost all of the books are fine and all are certainly reasonable priced. The only caveat is that the books may have black marks on them (as they are remaindered). One book came with a large ink stain on the top, which had then bled onto the top of many pages. Customer service kindly replaced the book. Unfortunately the replacement was similarly stained, so the lot must have been bad. Good books at great prices, but all may not be in perfect condition.

Book outlet is fantastic! You'll find books for cheaper than in store or Amazon. Some books may have a very small defect like a black dot or bent corner, but most are brand new and for a quarter of the price makes it so worth it! They get new stock all the time. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

This most recent order has been a nightmare of missing/duplicate/damaged items. And I'm still going round and round with customer support because they sent me four duplicates on a replacement shipment that were lost in transit and are not refunding me because somehow they think the books were free in the first place.
That, coupled with the crazy stuff being done with shipments for acquaintances of mine (empty boxes, books poorly packaged, so the covers are torn all to hell when they do arrive, etc.), is making me pause on orders for a while.

Really love this website. They have awesome prices and always have a great selection. It's like Christmas morning when my order arrives! I love looking for new authors I've never read before. I wish the site could organize books by series order, it would make it easier to know if the book is the first or a later novel in a series.

I mostly buy books for my children, but do also use it for myself. Everything I've bought is priced greatly. I've had the occasional dirty or torn book cover but everything else has always been a pleasant shopping experience.

Until a couple of years back, when I ordered something I was generally satisfied with the way the books were packed and they arrived undamaged. Now, it seems like the packing folks just dump the books inside the box with no protection and books arrive damaged. This frustrates me no end.
It has always been slow to get stuff (shipping happens from Canada and i live in California) but that never bothered me.

I ordered six books and received all six within five days, which is super exciting! However, I expected the only defects to be the black page mark and maybe some minor bends or cracks. My cover of Pachinko has a cut through it and is rather worse for wear :( my other books are great though!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the order that I received from Book Outlets. My order arrived well packaged and the books were amazing. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon. If you are interested in this company or any of their products please dont hesitate to give them a try.

I'm definitely happy to have discovered BookOutlet.ca, the selection online was more than i expected, everything ordered was in great condition when I received my shipment, and delivery was fast and easy to track. I've given myself a personal reading challenge of finishing 52 books in 2023, and this will help me complete my goal. I will keep checking back to see what new books are added!

I always love to purchase through Book Outlet when I can find what I am looking for. It may not always be fast to find but the price more than makes up for that. The response by their team is also wonderful if you ever have any problems with your order.

I've ordered from BookOutlet.ca a few times now for my classroom library. I love borrowings and seeing what is a great deal.
This time I came searching for a specific book and they had it for over 50% off compared to amazon!
Shipping was really quick I got it 2 days after iI placed the order.

I ordered late on a Friday night and my order was delivered the following Wednesday morning! 3 business days! 5 of the 9 books we received were in impeccable shape! Very impressed with the price and quality.

Then 4 had seen better days. They were a little rough looking and had page tears and what looks like box cutter slashes through them.

I have ordered from you several times and always had a great experience. But this time I am still waiting for my order. I ordered the book November 27.
It seems to be in the possession of Canada Post...not sure what to do.

My delivery got sent to the wrong door even though I had my unit number clearly on my shipping address. In addition to this, 3 out of the 6 books I ordered were dirty. For 2 of them I was able to wipe off the dirt but the third one is unfortunately stuck that way. This book also came with a few pages that were creased and doesn't look like a new/gently used book.

I was a bit skeptical of placing my order as I had read that books may come with different covers and possibly damaged but I figured for half the price of Amazon why not try it out. I was not disappointed, shipping was relatively fast, I got them three days before expected. I would definitely consider ordering again if the book I am looking for is available through them.

I have ordered several books and I was not disappointed. Fast shipping, great prices and selection. The only reason for 4 stars is the fact that most of the books are marked with a marker, could be less conspicuous when doing so, ad hard to give ad a gift with large marks on page
