I ordered a really pretty nose ring and was really disappointed when i opened my package to see the wrong one was delivered
I bought 2 pairs of 16g cartilage earrings but they don't fit. I would need a 18 or even 20g.

I'm very happy with my hinged hoop sleepers. They are very easy to put in and close. They are very securely closed and don't open on their own. They are also comfortable to sleep in.

The only reason I give 4 stars: I received a seamless ring that was hinged, but the hinge was broken when I got it in the mail. I sent an email asking if I could send it back and get a replacement, and they replied within a few hours, saying it was on its way! Best possible outcome right there.
I had sent a message concerning my order not shipping, they replied quickly to get my order reshipped. I was also offered a free pair of plugs for the inconvenience and was even able to request which ones I would like. Once the order reshipped it was received very quickly.
