I signed up last month 08/2023 paid for the Lite package communication to onboard was great. Then It took 3 weeks to get verified by Amazon. So far, I have had some communication issues to get started but today I did get a call for Xavier said he will be available to help me get my store going. I am excited to get started and I hope everything goes well. I will update my review as we go :)

Overall there business model is profitable. It might take a few months to really kick in but I'm 100% completely satisfied with how they manage my Amazon store.
