My Homecoming One: 12 Collective Spider-Man had a cloth rip that happened because I was repositioning it and BigBadToyStore completed refunded my purchase without me having to send the figure back to them!

I order a Tbleague Skarah figure on June 21. It took them a week before they decided to ship it out. Seriously? I ordered an item from another online store called giantoy. They shipped it out the next day. It's arriving Tuesday. Who knows how long it'll take my item from bbts to get to Mississauga Ont. Who's running the shipping dept. Moe, Larry and Curly?

So slow

Crappy delivery time, expensive delivery, but well packed and not damaged. Your package will come unharmed and in good shape but if you need things fast DO NOT USE THEM, also when i contacted customer service all i get is automated response saying shipping times in house and once sent out.

GREAT SELECTION AND SERVICE

My 4yr old nephew loves Godzilla, but I couldn't find unique toys at a decent price and stumbled across bigbadtoystore as my nephew found the Hedorah/Godzilla toy he had to have. It was a pre order so I went ahead and placed my order. This was back in August, October came and my nephews birthday coming up quick in November so I thought I would reach out to find out about the preorder, I didn't think I would get a response as most people say it comes when it comes nothing we can do about it, but their representative Kellen was attentive, informative and above all else courteous to my question. Item is now in shipment and going to make it before his birthday. This kid remembers everything, thank you bigbadtoystore for making his birthday a special one <3

This store is THE BEST! I bought the camel figure and it arrived in only about three days DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON for only a few dollars shipping! Katie in customer service was unbelievable. She was very helpful and thorough in answering all my questions. Speaking to her, I realized I had nothing to worry about concerning my order! Thanks to David and Cain as well.

Bigbadtoystore is THE place to go for action figures and they have the largest collection I have ever seen. The quality of their items is very good and the detail is amazing. I had mold in all my orders. This place is horrible and treats people like garbage! Their shipping lead time is absouluty disasterous and I'm just using Amazon from now on!

I placed an order here on April 14th, 2020. It shipped on April 16th, it is now May 23rd, and it is still not here. It won't be here until Tuesday, according to tracking. Covid had made things difficult for everyone, but shipping from other places was about 2 weeks, maximum. Bbts customer service has been very unhelpful, and uncaring, they don't even respond to me anymore. Would not reccomend getting from them.

I have purchased in the 10s of thousands of dollars in the course of my collecting since these guys opened their e-doors. You would think there would be some kind of loyalty towards customers that helped them get started. I have made many pleas as to why they like to pay extra or spend extra to tampo print their packing tape? It causes the Canadian customs agents to go mental and tag another 40-60% tax! Why bother selling to international buyers. I would rather deal with AMIAMI, RobotKingdom and ShowzStore. They have fast shipping no tampo business box prints which wont get you dinged for ridiculous monies from the customs cartel. Many conversations of BBTS are just fruitless. They dont give a $#*!. Shipping times are atrocious. 3.5 weeks to get something into Ontario? You are better off taking your e-business someplace else.

GREAT STORE!

I've ordered from BBTS a few times now and I've NEVER had an issue. Everything shows up in great condition and is packed extremely well. Yes, it can take a few days for them to ship at times, but I'm sure it's because they are busy and let's face it, no ones going to die because their package didnt get shipped out within 24 hrs lol. Pre-orders have been taking a while, but how can they ship what they dont have? They are waiting for the product the same as the rest of us. Rest assured, you WILL receive it as soon as possible. Honestly, The only bad reviews I'm seeing are from pretentious, impatient, and arrogant people who seem to think that only their time and money matter and that people should bow to their every whim. Look, I LOVE my action figures, but at the end of the day, they are just plastic and I'm not going to die because the store shipped them on a monday instead of Friday and took the weekend off. Plus, the pile of loot feature allows you to put as many items into it as possible, and will ship them ALL for only $4! That alone is pretty awesome. Especially when you have people on ebay who charge shipping that costs more than the item itself... long story short, trust BBTS, they are amazing!

These one star reviewers are so off. BBTS is the best.
If you have to return something based off a legitimately bad QC issue. They will pay shipping back and forth until you get a good one.
I have tons and years of orders with them. There are some minor QC issues you can't expect them to pay for. Most of these one star reviewers sound like they made one order, had a tiny QC issue and expected BBTS to pay for it. Ridiculous.
DON'T LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK! They are wrong, wrong wrong.
BBTS.COM IS THE BEST!

Excellent Service

Big Bad Toy Store is an excellent place to buy all your collectible and action figure needs. Prices are reasonable. Shipping is also very reasonable for international customers compared to competitors. They have an extremely useful pile of loot feature which I recommend. Items come packed carefully in great condition. Customer service email (which I've had to use a couple times due to my own errors) has always replied within one business day even during the busier holiday season.

Only issue I've ever had is that sometimes preorders do not come in during the expected time frame projected, mostly due to reasons beyond the store's control. This can be upsetting during the Holiday season when you need things buy a certain time, but if you order plenty of time in advance or if you don't need things by a certain time and are patient it is usually not a problem.

I'm from East Coast Canada and I've ordered from BBTS many times. I will continue to do so as they are an excellent provider for mine and my wife's collectibles.

Avoid. BigBadToyStore means "big, BAD, toy store"

Proof: Order 31-26***** pre-paid pre-order 11/11/2019, unfulfilled 12/30/2019. Cancelled because BBTS does not "ship" your pre-paid, pre-order, but relies on YOU "Claiming" your pre-paid order before BBTS cancels it.

NO MERCHANT OPERATES LIKE THIS; not Amazon, Fun.com, etc. Deceitful "weasel words" in small type.

My wife called. To a woman, Bruce at BigBadToyStore reacted rude, evasive and hung up after on her (was there an argument with Mom about moving out of her basement before work?)

Nonetheless, I am an experienced online shopper, and a 20+ years web developer/architect. In my honest estimation, BigBadToyStore is a parody of an online store, run by rude and insensate basement dwellers.

This is a long overdue review but FedEx lost my package (a limited edition statue) and as a last resort, I called BigBadToyStore customer service to see what my options were. I knew there wasn't much that BigBadToyStore could do since FedEx was the one who lost the package but David (the person who picked up the call) was super amazing, suggested I waited a little more just incase FedEx suddenly finds the statue while putting a new statue on hold. He called FedEx himself to see what was going on AND even after the call with me, he made sure to call and email me back every week to check how the status was going. FedEx did eventually find the package after a month but I just wanted to note how personal BigBadToyStore's customer service was. Thank you so much David!

BBTS use to be great with shipping. But now the processing and shipping time is insane. I am not a one time buyer and have been buying from them for years. Their 4$ shipping is extremely slow. I have waited up to 1 month to get my packages. 2 weeks for them to ship and then 2 weeks while fed ex send my packages on a US tour. There is no reason for it to take a week to two weeks just to process and order. My last order i decided to take a shot and pay for one of their "faster" shippings. It still ttok them a week to process and my package still is not here. Placed it on june 14th today is the 30th. I think this is the last time im buying from them. If you try and contact them they are not helpful at all. They use the covid excuse for everything. Every other online store i use has no problems shipping right now and some stores are mom and pop shops, yet they still ship out extremely fast.

Instead of items displaying as "SOLD OUT/BACKORDER" for example, the website is set up that when "IN STOCK" items sell out, the product page and listing automatically changes from "IN STOCK" to "PRE-ORDER" for every item on the site, regardless of whether or not the product can actually be ordered/sourced on their end again or not. You can see this with the numerous Funko Pops for example on the site all displaying "PRE-ORDER" although the pop was released a number of years ago and now vaulted (no longer manufactured/sold). This is why so so many people complain about pre-orders being cancelled on this online store, because it's only once enough people "pre-order" actual sold out and unavailable items like these and the site cancels their orders that the people running the site then go ahead and remove the product from the website. It's deceitful and lazy online inventory management.

As a FIRST time Customer I placed an order May 19th and I STILL have not received my order and it is now June 2nd and I contacted Big Bad Toy Store and NOTHING has been resolved. They are absolutely HORRILE of a Company and they wont even refund me back!. IF YOU DO NOT WANT A HEADACHE THEN I'D STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ORDER ELSEWHERE!.

I wanted for months to purchase the Griffin Legion from Lucifer brand, it was pretty difficult to find one on internet without being a pre order, but I finally found on BBTS.
I was worry because the figure only had professional pictures and nothing how the product will looks like.
Except there's few pictures of a ''B-grade'' of this figure.
By B-grade, I am talking about a slight different pose, wings, ears, detals, colors. You'll see on my pictures between the professional pictures and my figure

The shipping was okay and pretty fast from USA to Europe, nothing was broke but I was pretty disappointed that the figure is not like on professional pictures but the ''B-grade'' one.

I was a little expecting because I did a lot of research. I contacted the store few months before purchase to ask for the product pictures (not the professional ones) and they didn't wanted to show me.

I read a lot of reviews before purchase it but I am pretty glad it's not worse than that.

I add pictures of my figure and professional picture.
