I ordered three items - two were fine.
The third was described as a boxed set of two coasters.
I received one unboxed coaster, and an email I sent making the point that the item was not as per the description has remained unanswered.
It seems to me that I am due a refund.

Sent me the wrong item, no response to any of my emails even tried messaging via Facebook. Avoid this company they won't refund or take responsibility for there mistakes

I bought (and paid) a hoodie on 4th October, I'm still waiting for it and I don't receive any information from you.
The only feedback I had was on 11th October in which there was a promise to update me within two days... I'm still waiting.

After I ordered as a christmas present, and realized that I need a bigger size...no one is talking to me anymore. Very bad experience. Never again!

The ones from royal mail don't wait or don't want to deliver the doors and leave the paper directly for us to pick up from the office. That was an unpleasant experience

The hoodie seems to be well made and I like it. The price was reasonable. If you live in the United States, don't bother paying extra for Tracked & Signed. Your package can be tracked for free using the the USPS Informed Delivery service.

Love the cute little Harry Potter outfit, can't wait for my newborn great grandson to grow big enough to fit into it. Good quality and excellent service.

Product is great quality. Had a bit of an issue with something getting lost/waylaid in the mail due to a mistake by the post but it was dealt with quickly and courteously. Would definitely recommend!

Having ordered a size too small I have had no response to my requests to return the garment and exchange it for another in a larger size. Just been ignored after three attempts to e mail and phone.

I have a son who LOVED Harry Potter, but I can never seem to find a good quality product that I love... UNTIL NOW! I was encouraged by my middle son to purchase for his older brother. Glad to say, my son is very happy with his new hoodie!

Quick and easy. Great value and fabulous quality. Never got such a good stuff for such little money. I'm amazed I'm glad that I found British Heritage.

I have order from British Heritage Brand in three other occasions and had a very good experience, on the fourth time around when order I can say I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience, I have waited over 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order.

What can I say... From start to finish, everything has been delt with in a professional manner and I absolutely cannot fault them. Will be shopping with them again.
