Placed an order and they didn't provide the essay on time. It was late, when it uploaded it did not answer the questions that were provided in the details of the instruction on what the paper needed to be about. Then when sent for revision, promised it would be uploaded correctly within a couple of hours. It was never uploaded and no one ever contacted me again. When I sent a message for a refund they told me to fill out a form and wait ten days! What! You charged me and didn't give me what I ordered and now I need to fill out forms and wait ten days for your company to decide if you should refund me?
