Have been ordering same wallet for over 10 years Always 2 at a time. Pulled out my backup wallet and place my order for two more. The next week before the delivery, there was a 17% discount sale.(my luck) Then the arrival of my old friends showed up. What a letdown, the outer shell of quote (leather) was thin and nothing like the old friends of the pass. Plus, no clear picture holder package as before. The manufacture was/is trying to keep the wallet of the past within the original price range, as years bygone.

They'll quickly inform you if there's a problem or delay in a purchase. Very quick in sending products along to customers, my experience. Oh, they have end-of-season sales items, that can be a real bargain. Also, closeout products can be a very good sale. Company sells adults and childrens' accessories, travel items, seasonal items.

Easy to navigate site, but not many choices from Hickory Creek or that meet the parameters of the product I was looking for. However, my husband loves the belt I ordered. It is a good value for the price.

I was looking for a Big Man's belt for a gift, not having much luck in local stores. I found Belt Outlet by searching Big Man belts, so glad I did! I received the belt recently, great quality leather. I wish it would have came in a nice box, other than that, I am very pleased with my purchase. Hope my Grandson likes it!

Easy to shop with. Couldn't supply one lot but refunded fast automatically. Shipping was15 odd days but then I am 1/2 way around the world from them so that's very good. As that great Poet of our times, Arnie, likes to say 'I'll be back'.

The handkerchief/scarfs I bought with you are great quality and great quality of color. They're a convenient size and easy to use folded in a triangle shape on my head. Thank you for having them as your product. I was very happy to find them when no one else had them.

I had a pink one that I absolutely loved. Found that they came in different colors and the price was so reasonable that I ordered every other color but black. Also found some really warm fleece lined hats and bought some of those too.

I live my new purple fedora and feather. Woll be a warm winter cat for my bald spot!

UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and resolved my issue in a timely fashion. The belt I had a complaint about was on clearance. Leaving this info for other shoppers. No complaints with the company or service.

Bought 2 belts a name brand brown one and a black one which was real leather but made by a company I didn't know. The brown one was great the black one had some damage on the side almost like the coating didn't set right. Doesn't affect wearability but something to be aware of if it's for gifting- go with the name brand.

Well, I was amazed to find the Velcro belt loops because I never heard of that on suspenders before. My job allows no buttons on my clothes because its food production. No suspenders because of the metal parts and clips.And the pressure on my sciatic nerve is gone.thank you

Great wallet. Happy to have the RFID blocking. So many more thieves today that like to sneakily take card info. I can respect a good old fashioned hold up with them demanding my wallet. I think it's the gutless ones that really piss ya off.

I had two of the same belt that I ordered sized 34. I had lost some weight so they became too big. I ordered a size 32 expecting the belt to be 2"s smaller but it was 5 inches smaller. My wife has a new belt now. Nice quality but totally unreliable sizing.
