My girl shops here regularly and she leaves only positive feedback, but not all the time. The last time she ordered here an underwear and it turned out that the delivery was delayed. Usually, there were no latencies in the delivery so she started to contact with the support team to sort things out.
Fortunately, the ordered clothes was delivered a bit later. Nevertheless, the unpleasant aftertaste is tangible.

For those who are thinking about purchasing from this company but are not sure. It is worth it they are a true company and the products are really and true to your buying. So please purchase from them you will not regret it. And will Love want you buy

While I'm aware this was shipped from the other side of the world. There was very little update as to the movement od my order. Most of the time the tracking information was only updated 4 days after the fact. This was a Christmas present that didn't arrive on time

This shirt is adorable but the sleeves are incredibly long and it's way bigger then I imagined. I'd size down a size or two.

Loved the outfits itself-it was a super cute Barbie PJ set. Reviews suggested to order up a size. One order was a small (normally I order XS for that daughter) and the other order was a Large (I usually order medium for that daughter), the tops were VERY oversized (TOO BIG) but the bottoms were a perfect fit. It was weird..

Easy. Affordable. Pleasant. They had my size. I did not feel depressed from overspending when I saw how much this item costed. The absence of that feeling is important to me.

I ordered outfit for a couple of Christmas events and it did not arrive in time for either one. Did not communicate estimated or actual shipping date, or any delays or issues when clearly there were. Be ready to wait 3 weeks for your order to arrive. Once I received, it didn't fit, and poor quality. Total waste of time and money.

They charge you hefty fee for shipping and it is impossible to return if the clothes size doesn't fit. Poor quality clothes. Now I have two items that I can't wear and not be able to return or exchange. Save your money and order from somewhere else.

Ordered Longline coat. Coat delivered was normal length. No return labels or full refund. Nothing but excuses and saying that the Coat was short because a tall person was wearing it, my wide is 5ft 2inches.
