Directly after signing up on this website I started receiving a number of strange spam emails. Then I received a message from someone named Jeremy Foster, written in poor English. He mysteriously knew the password I used on this particular website and threatened to send nude photos of me that do not exist to friends and family unless I sent him money via Bitcoin. I'm looking in to how to report this to the FBI.

They say their processing time is 3-7 business days. I ordered on September 13 and it's Oct. 1st and my order is still in processing. Have messaged them several times and they say they will rush it, but they haven't done anything about it but took my money! Will never order from them again. I understand there's a pandemic, but that should effect shipping, not processing!
The worse customer service!
The quality of their clothes is poor and the sizes are either too small or too big, depending of what you are ordering. Most of the items that I ordered I returned them. I paid for the shipping cost and after several weeks, still I don't receive the refund. There is no contact phone number. The correspondence is through email only. I am getting the same automatic response every time that I send an email requesting for my refund money. Do yourself a favor and stay away of this company! The WORSE!
I ordered a bulk shipment over 20 pieces, they sent 7 pieces an sending the rest 1 piece at a time its been over a month an they respond back to my emails every other 4 emails i send, with no correct shipping info..
After a receiving my items a month letter, every item in the shipment was cheap cheap cheap and see through, on item had a hole in it! Over $100 worth of trash, looked nothing like the pictures. I was also missing an outfit, the worst shopping experience, I can't wear any of it.
It's a very simple and efficient online shopping site, perfect for someone who wishes to get something really cheap and of great quality too! The time of delivery of items to be shipped is quite satisfying and you are able to track the package thus allowing the customer to be more assured.
They advertise items on their website that are not correct for what you receive when you get your order, the fact that the US or even PayPal is still allowing this country to scam their own is beyond me.
I ordered 6 peices on June 22 2020 and haven't received anything by the time i get them it'll be next summer.My package is still where it was in June what a waist! Never AGAIN!
I believe they are a fake company. I have not received my items yet. The positive reviews have to be fake. I see some of the same models in the pictures. I am so disappointed, this is like a nightmare. Take it from me do not waste your time or money.

They provide a tracking number that shows it shipped from China to LA... then the Post Office can only track it to Chino California... I have received over 14 responses from different people and they all just read from a script instead of trying to resolve issues. The package is here in California and no one can tell me when it will be delivered... I have been waiting for 9 weeks for bandanas... to use as face masks... I wanted to order 20,000 but needed to see the quality first... who ever is on the other end of customer service is terrible. If I don't receive an adequate answer and the products in a week I will report to FBI... I do have direct access and they will uncover the fraud.
Worst experience ever. They took my money and didn't ship for months until I threatened them with a legal letter. Product is horrible and customer service is the worst. They are like robots. You cannot unsubscribe, even if you never subscribed in the first place, they will hound you with multiple marketing emails daily for more crap that they won't ship. When you unsubscribe you get an error. I can't get rid of these people and will never EVER buy from them again. Please ignore their persistent ads on instagram, the product is nothing like what they claim and there are numerous complaints against them. Any good reviews they have are FAKE.
I purchaed 45 items from here and they only shipped 43 items. I sent messages through their website portal and their direct email and I have not gotten a reply going on 4 days now. I have a business to run and I need to work with reliable wholesalers that are transparent and have great communication. I know mistakes happen, but this is no way to do business. Buy at your own risk. You may not receive everything you paid for.
I'm not being dramatic at all. I placed my order on 5/4/20. First they charged me which was cool. Then I see a second charge with a different conf number like 2 days later. Took them 3 days to fix with the money taken out of my account TWICE. If I never contacted them I probably would have just been double charged. THEN my order was packaged and awaiting shipping FOR A MONTH. LITERALLY. I emailed them 6/3/20 and asked why there hasn't been any update on shipping on my order THEN only after I contacted and asked to be refunded did I started seeing movement and my items had "shipped". I go and research the carrier and apparently they are shady and shipping through them takes ANOTHER 2-3 WEEKS! Why charge me $35+ for shipping if it's going to take 2.5 months to get to me. Their customer service seems alright but by the time I messaged 4 times about 4 different things goin wrong I started getting some broken attitude from one of the girls. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Not kidding. If you're ordering wholesale for a boutique I recommend ORANGESHINE.COM. You can easily contact them by phone if you run into issues because they're based in LA. They have plenty options if you really search. GREAT QUALITY TOO.
