Ordering experience was acceptable but everything went downhill from there. It took almost a month to receive my order and I only received half of the order. No note included or email as to where the rest of the order is. The four ornaments that I did receive are poor quality for the price and one came broken - the foot is broken off one Santa. Mailing packaging was poor - ornaments came in a plastic shipping bag without and padding or protective wrap. Where is the rest of my order? When can I expect it? I am very disappointed with this shopping experience.

I recommend this company. Very friendly and helpful staff.

When I received my parcel in was shoved through the letterbox it was all scrunched up had scratches on the face mask not very satisfied

Sizing was a little bit smaller than anticipated size.

I really like the mask —- very easy to clean. People come and ask where I bought it.

I was totally in Love with this store and the merchandise I saw online! Couldn't wait for my order to arrive! But was sadly disappointed when neither pair of the jeans I ordered looked like the photos! I am on a fixed income and feeling like I just threw my money away and my granddaughter who I purchased these for as gifts is disappointed too! Too bad! Really wish I could get my money back!

The product that arrived doesn't look like what was advertised. It was advertised as being made by Old World Christmas. This is a fake. I'm disgusted by it and I want my money back.

The top was poor quality compared to how it looked on line, and not a flattering fit. Something I won't be wearing unfortunately.

Item looked as if it was a sequinned design but when it arrived was a cheap stencilled version.

Hard plastic, no way to adjust size, large enough for a huge man. Fogged up immediately. Unusable.

Place my order on 11/22/20. Asked for an update on 12/2. Be patient they said. 12/7 asked again. It's on its way, be patient. Finally on 12/15 it arrived- I'm guessing from China. They should disclose an estimated delivery date before finalizing your purchase.

The ornament is not the same as the picture. The ones I ordered had 2020 on Santa's bag. The ones I received do not.

It was good, came in good time, everything fits and is very comfy.
