The site was easy to use, and all items were shipped in time for Christmas!

I paid extra to have my items delivery time reduced to 10 days max and still didn't get my items until after the Holiday. Although I was offered a 5 dollar rebate on my next purchase, this was not satisfactory. It took just about 30 days to receive 4 small items. I realize shipping was slowed due to the season but an additional 20 days. I would suggest not offering a faster delivery up charge if it can't be met.

I ordered this as a birthday present for my wife. But because of the 6 weeks Delivery time it wasn't here.

Exactly what I was looking for. And what I had in my mind to wear for New Years.

Extremely easy! BUT, From the time of purchase to delivery to my house was exactly 30 days that is unacceptable! Maybe it was because of of the holiday season that all the carriers were busy I will try one more time with some new purchases and see how long it takes hopefully it will not be 30 days!

It took almost 4 weeks for delivery which is unfathomable when I wanted them in time for Christmas and they arrived 4 days after. The sizing was not standard plus sizing. You need to order at least one size bigger than you normally wear otherwise they are quite snug in the fit.

I ordered the onesie with the fur on both sides and it only came on one side which looked so tacky. Also, the fur wasn't sewed on, it was poorly attached with pins. I also paid for premium shipping and it came late. I was so disappointed by this product.

Large size was like medium. Order next size up. Also it took forever to receive it. Missed Christmas. Product itself was nice.

The clothes look cute on the models but the sizing is off and the material of some clothes is different than expected (pictured).

Very good but slow with delivery as it was locked up at heathrow airport and wasn't told if i would receive before xmas, fortunately it arrived in xmas eve.

TAKES TOO LONG FOR SHIPPING AND NO WAY TO TRACK ORDER OR ANY VIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MUST BE ROBOT HANDLING CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS..

Ordered 8 ceramic ornaments. 3 were broken/defective.

I just wish I had ordered them 3 months before Christmas to pass out while everyone was decorating their Christmas trees. By the time I received this, Christmas was over.

I thought delivery took a while, so I emailed them. They got back to me in 4 hours saying they contacted the shipper and it was shipped the next day. Would definitely shop again compared to other sites.

Shipping took forever. Product didn't fit. Can't return.

Love the options but I'll see how fast shipping is and leave another review!

Easy ordering. Lots of choices. The masks I ordered that were transparent and semi-transparent are perfect for those that have difficulty breathing with a cloth mask pressed against your face they are fashionable. Easy to clean and disinfect. I keep a spare in my office in case someone doesn't have one and once I get it back it's easy to disinfect.

Delivery time was slower than expected but I received before Christmas
