There hasn't been an update in a long time for new stuff to bring to the TV guide for Bell and new ways to watch TV before the time they come on for TV shows and movies to access TV shows and movies before the days they come on and colourful TV Guide 😀😀 thank you for making bell TV app so amazing with all the new features and a new feature where you can view all the live TV channels that are playing on the TV Guide and watch them from anytime for that channel you guys are amazing

I preordered a new phone through Bell, the new Samsung S23 (early Feb) afterwhich, I realized I meant to order the Ultra S23. When I called into 611 to change my order I was told to wait until I received the first phone and just send it back which I did late February,
After numerous calls to upgrade to the Ultra S23, I was told that as soon as the warehouse scanned the received phone, then I could complete the new upgrade.
Today, I called to check again. Canada Post tracking shows received over 2 weeks ago but the warehouse has yet to confirm this. Now they say I missed the deadline! The phone that is now sitting in the warehouse has been automatically activated. They will now expect me to return the old phone or charge me for that but I have no other phone to replace. Today they confirmed that the warehouse could take up to 6 weeks to confirm receipt!
This is very patently bad service for a long time customer. All I wanted to do was upgrade.
Despite all the competition, Bell doesn't care about maintaining long term clients.
IPhone upgrades are more expensive than original contract.
After a 3 year contract where FREE upgrades were agreed to, Bell has reneged and is charging over $500 for a new iPhone.
After 6 months: Customer Retention has responded. I am not TOTALLY satisfied but we reached an agreement. WORTH PURSUING.

They told me I don't get extra charge but acturally I got $500 bill. They lied to me quite few times with other thing by a as well. Fraud definitely I hate this company so much.
Why is the Bell Canada Technical support people ALWAYS rude - everytime I have to call them the people I get are ALWAYS grumpy- why are you in Customer Support if you are a rude person- spoke to a Rachel today and was just grumpy from beginning to end

I am uber driver usually i am on the road since more than 2 months i lost bell network no signals of bell Canada because of that problem my uber app stop to work my phone said that bell Canada network failed i called them they Said your sim does not catch signals i have so many drivers friends they told me the same bell canada network problem.i am paying 120$ every month with that amount I can't use my network for my uber business.Finally i called 4th time to bell canada i told them not to call me back for anyother renewal of mobile contract the agent wasn't able to speak fluent English she said okk…even bell canada hided their rating at their own website because their ratings are 1.2 I don't know how this company is running this kind of cheap level business why people are going & taking mobile phone contract with them so poor experience i will never attend their call again …poor pathetic bell canada
Opened a business mobility account, it was suspended for ID validation. Came to Bell store, spent 2 hours showing DL, bank statements, utility bills etc, the refused since Certificate of Incorporation shows different address, company registered 20+ years ago, no wonder we moved to another location not even once since that time. So far wasted 5 hours talking to time wasters over the phone
Most of the customer representatives are rude and could care less about the company. Any company is better than bell. I would never use them again. They trick and cheap people out of their money.
Bell has customer service from India and maybe Phillipines. They are clueless. Lie about their speeds and promotions. I've spent hours with this company for speed problems and price issues only to be give 5 different responses. Front line is clue less and definitely not local.

It's actually easier to grab content from Torrent sites than to use Crave which I'm actually paying for. Canada sucks for protecting horrible leech companies like Bell. Bell Canada is a slaves owner. You have to pay $1000 in order to buy your Freedom. In my case, I have to pay $2000 for mine. I thought slavery has been abolished long time ago. Until corrupt politicians allow Bell to own customers, nothing will change. It's time to stop the abuse.
Avoid Like Grim Death. They will use every opportunity to flip wording on their policies on you. The wording is designed that way. You cannot win on the phone as they will circumvent for hours and even if you can find he strength and resolve to manage to get rid of them, its not over, they will randomly send a bill months later. Avoid like the Plague.
Recently changed from Rogers to bell fiber internet. 3 days without any service, two guys came and checked declared back end problem. We have no choice but to go back to Rogers for internet. These idiots dugup my yard and made a hole in the house. They should be sued!
Had their phones, internet, cell services. Every one ended badly every time. So this punk phones me and says, for the same price you're paying now, you can have another service. So I agreed to try something. I asked several time for him to verify "no increase on the monthly bill." Nope, he replied. (You know what happened right?) Bill went up $50. So I phoned and talked to some girl for close to an hour. She removed all the services that the punk had added, and the monthly total was still more than it had been. See they were looking for older people who they could add a huge increase to, and maybe they have auto-debit. So they were stealing in other words. Worst company, and they ruined Virgin by buying it. It says something when a company (Virgin) won an award for innovating a new thing, and that thing was being nice to customers.The original Virgin that is. But this is Bell. Dirty chumps.
I've been chatting and talking to bell customer service for the last 2 days for equipment that isn't working and want a service personal to come and fix it but they still won't do it finding excuses not to send a technician to my house I will be canceling then and going to their competitors they just don't care enough for their clients anymore to bad there going to lose around 400$ a month I guess the ceo makes enough profit pifff!
This is how much crap you put my 79 year old mother through... You scam her into a new contract, she takes the phone in to get it activated, of course the idiot working there doesn't do it right so she gets emails telling her it won't work soon. She makes phone calls, goes back to the bell store, told it works now. Gets more activation cut off notices, makes more calls, told it works, now it won't work at all. Finally I have to call to get an idiot to activate it. Way to go, to your numerous useless employees.

I was new to Canada. Signed up for an $84 per month internet, phone and TV package for 12 months. A couple month later was being charged $290 per month. 5 months in, was charged $750 for one month. When I phoned them (3 times for two hours at a time) to ask what was happening, just got transferred from person to person. So I never figured out what was wrong. Then got told that my TV somehow got cancelled, so the whole $84 p/m fell apart and I'd been paying for TV, Internet and phone separately. Have subsequently learned from Canadians that I should have never gone to Bell in the first place and should have chosen Rogers, because Bell is famously bad.
They sent me a offer for fiber internet in the mail and chose not to honour it. When I called about the offer, I was told it was expired by one agent, event hough I literally just brought it in from the mailbox. Another agent said it was a typo. Another agent said this offer wasn't for my area. And each time I called, I was bombarded with them forcing their other garbage services on me. One rep even hung up on me when I stopped his sales pitch and said I'm only interested in the internet at the moment. Just a trash company with trash customer service. Negative 5 stars is even too much for these scammers.
