Service was friendly, accurate, understandable, and unbelievably Fast.
No Disappointments here.
Have used them for years. Will continue to do so. Delivery is very fast.
Delivery was fast and it's the best battery you can buy
Great price! Fast shipping! Perfect fit! My second time purchasing
Delivery was quick and got me back on the road fast.
I just had the most bizarre phone interaction with this company. I was refunded for a recent order, which was canceled without explanation. When I called to find out what's up with that, the person on the phone said they canceled my account because I had 2 batteries in the past that were warranty replacements and that I'm not a good fit for the company because they can't keep warrantying items on my account. So they decided I can no longer purchase from them. Now this is a WTF head scratcher. I've purchased products from them in the past but this is like stupid weird.
Definitely will be avoiding batterystuff.com.
Have great prices, and decent shipping prices, so I thought. When UPs delivered they wanted me to pay COD. Weird since shipping was already paid for. Emailed customer service they said not there problem as it was taxes. In the end I end up paying nearly as much in shipping as I did for a battery. No mention of this on their website. Just as nice surprise after you have already made your purchase. Stay away from this site and just buy locally. (less headache and surprise expenses.
You can check other reviews. Avoid this site. If you need to send an item back your screwed. They want you to pay for shipping and a 15% restocking fee for their "Free " shipping. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars and buy from a reputable dealer.
While the website was fine and the products offered seemed to be a good value, their system shipped the wrong item and they refused to correct their error, instead blaming the mistake on me. They continued to deny any responsibility for their error, even though their systems also failed to deliver ANY email to me as well. What they obviously do not understand is good customer service. They also could care less that I told them if they just corrected their error that I would probably be a long term customer for the product in question. They continued to support their automated system which failed to order the right product and failed to deliver any confirmation of that order. I always shop online - never go to a store - I have NEVER had this type of error happen. I felt like I was dealing with the customer service staff of a thrid rate business
I ordered a couple of chargers from the website, everything was going well, I received them, and they work as described, after about a month of use one of the chargers, Redipulse12 stopped working.
This is the response that i received.
We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with this purchase. Regrettably as we are beyond 30-days from the original date of purchase, this would need to be processed as a warranty through the manufacturer directly. I would recommend you contact them directly. They can be reached via the following: https://www.pulsetech.net/about-us/contact-us.html, *******554
Please don't hesitate to let us know if you may need anything else.
Thank you,
I struggle with this as i choose to deal with companies that back the people that support them.
If you are unable to look after customer service, don't sell the product.
I bought 2 expensive deep cycle batteries from BatteryStuff. 18 months later the batteries were found to be defective. Sorry, out of warranty. Gave zero offer to help with manufacturer.
I bought 2 batteries from this company, one was the wrong size and they wanted to charge ME for their mistake. I returned that battery on their dime and they sent me another that fit but was about $30.00 higher in price. I used the battery in the latter part of last summer (bought in July of 2018) and it worked ok but never started the bike in a strong way, I then removed the battery from my motorcycle and put it on a brand new trickle charger for the winter. I put it back in the bike in spring and it would start it in a VERY weak way. If I didn't ride it in a day or so it would be dead. I tried everything but it just wouldn't hold a charge? I took my 6 year old battery (last battery I had) out of storage and put it on the trickle charger and the bike starts STRONG and holds a charge for a long time, I contacted the company and told them everything I just mentioned and they sent me a labor intensive list of things to do and test (and you need special equipment) It was ridiculous. They'll NEVER get a dime from me ever again but now i'm out the $ I spent on this piece of junk. Don't buy from this company. Very inferior batteries..
Eric, we are committed to the customer experience and want our customers to be happy with every purchase. As we said over the phone, continuing a cycle of warranties is not in your best interest or ours. Since our batteries don’t seem the best fit for your application, we recommend you find another supplier that might be a better fit. Ultimately, we don’t take this decision lightly and want you to have a hassle-free riding season ahead.
Sincerely,
BatteryStuff.com
