The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the band wrapping around the sta rite replacement pool filter should be tight and stuck to the filter. The band on the large pool filter was loose and in one spot was 3 inches away from the filter and was not even touching the filter. The service ordering was very good! Just dissatisfied with the large pool filter!

The price on the stablilizer i am buying changed from the page to the cart. Started at 47.04 and in the cart its 49.62 Not so good especially since I have to pay for shipping!
Easy to find what I needed. Great customer service. Shaft seal was not the correct one,for my application. Luckily I found a spare I had ordered a while back. Error was probably on my part for not paying attention to what was in the kit. Thanks again for an easy and smooth transaction, start to finish. 5 Stars

Quick & Easy! Product was as described. Installed and will check quality of product next, as it is a replacement for an OEM filter by Pentair.
I suggest backyardpool consider using an overpack for shipping, as the box was ripped when it arrived. I did not see any damage to the filters, but there could have been. The Manufacturers box was not as strong as a standard shipping carton; not something backyardpools can control, but something they could address.
I will use backyardpools again.
