I gave more than I initially planned on bidding but I think I still got an okay deal. The good thing is that there was no buyer's premium. I refuse to buy things with a buyer's premium. I have quit using 2 other major auction sites due to ridiculous buyer's premium and charging the seller also.

The item that I won is not located at the descripted location. Description says Wilmington Ohio but when the dealer was contacted about pickup, I was told it's actually located in Minnesota.

Auction time has the best search and bidding interface. I like the watch list during live bidding because you can watch all the selling items.

Fine except online payment would be great. Most vendors allow for this. But this is the second one we've had this issue.

It was easy for me to make a bid. It was a little confusing at the end if I won the bid or not because I could not tell if my bid was accepted or no. However, my bid was accepted, and I did win the bid. The website said the wire transfer fee is $15.00 but the bill charged me $20.00. Overall, I was really pleased with the outcome.

Fr8Star was horrible to deal with. They recommended a shipper, but shipper didn't pick up on scheduled time. Fr8Star actually recommended HMH Logistics. Well, when I called about the delay, I received lots of "um's" and "I'll have him call you back"'s. I'll just do another route and avoid Fr8Star. Fr8Star hasn't saved me a penny and delayed me. Not recommended.

I wish it was simpler to find out where I stood with the bidding, etc. once I start bidding on something. Also, once I won the item I was bidding on, there was no easy way to pay for it. I had to contact the seller directly and we had to figure it out. There should be a clear, simple way to do this. Big Iron is MUCH EASIER to use. I got no notification that I'd even won the item in an email. It's really been a hassle trying to work out the payment, etc. Please fix this if you can.

I especially like the notification feature that informed me about being outbid. It gave me the ability to increase my bid in time to win the process.

I had a good experience this time. I did have a bidding experience once where a dealer misrepresented a piece of equipment. I told the salesman that I wasn't going to buy the piece because he lied about the condition. He waited till my time was up to dispute the piece with AuctionTime and got me thrown off AuctionTime. I received no help from AuctionTime. It wasn't till my attorney was going to sue the dealership, did I get my buying privileges back.

Answer: Hi Mohammad, Thanks for reaching out with you question. Each seller has the option to put a Buyers Premium on the listing. If will be displayed under the price with either "No Buyers Premium", or it will display "View Buyer's Premium" to see the added amount that will be charges to the final price.
