I made a payment agreement with AT&T paying the amount of $349.95 for November 28,2024 and the other for $348.24 for December 12,2024. It turns out that AT&T broke the payment agreement by charging me twice on the same day, the 28th, for both amounts. I contacted them for a refund but they don't want to give it to me because of their policies.

Horrible experience. Ordered online, recieved email saying order is on hold next day. Called # in email and they said they couldn't locate my credit file (no one else has an issue). Confirmed my identity and waited 15 min to be approved. Was approved but he said he couldn't use old order and had to start new one. So spent 30 min doing a new order (had to confirm identity again too) to find out monthly bill is now $50 more than what order said online. Just canceled everything and guess I will be staying with Verizon. Sure would be nice if these company service companies used people that spoke good English as well.

Awful service!
September 6, 2024

I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.

The goal of phone customer support is to leave people waiting until they hang up. Never a call to them under 60 minute wait time. Usually need to be transferred. Another 60 minutes. They say they fixed the problem but you will need to call back to go through same bs again. The worst of the worst. Try Verizon or T-Mobile. ATT doesn't care about thier customers.

Be careful with at&t it is not below to do under handed and shady business practices. They don't care for the time they waste. They take all your information down send out a sim card that can't be activated. Most there agents are rude as hell. Think twice before u try to do business they are crooks. I have recordings, email, the package they sent out, and "sim card" in my Possession. The phone below is the numbers for At&t. I was told they could do a call back. I declined 5 mins the customer service agent just hung up on me.

RING doorbell.
September 16, 2021

We heard your conversation to another co worker at At&t... even tho you didn't push the RING doorbell. The man on the phone said "Don't worry about the barking dog".
Yes, dogs bark when strangers knock. One should be concerned about barking dogs, dogs are protective.
Reaching for the door handle before knocking is not acceptable, yet we do appreciate David informing us of his presence before entering our property without breaking the fence handle like previous At&t man did years ago that could have been bit by one of our aggressive dogs.

I got hung up on 4 times in the middle of questioning my account and amount owed even tho I at first thought it was just maybe a mistake like bad reception or something than it happened 3 more times. I am furious at the customer service I been with att for 14 years and it's really went down hill.

The AT&T store located in Littleton Colorado off if Bowels Ave has the best customer service EVER! Mr. Saeid Hassan was so great to work with. He immediately took away any anxiety I had about switching mobile carriers and went above and beyond helping out my entire family. He was amazing and so very helpful. This store and manager should be very grateful to have him as an employee! This is how customer service should look and Saeid should be training all of your employees on how to get and retain customers! Thank you Saeid!

I got connected to AT&T network in one of the stores in NYC. The plan was very affordable - 45$ per months and everything was included!
Internet speed was amazing. I have never used AT&T before, but store consultant (forgot her name) told me a lot about its perks. Best mobile operator I have worked with so far.

Face of customer service
December 8, 2022

Gladys not only worked effectively to solve my problem but she also treated me like a person and not just an account. We had a lovely conversation about the holidays and even shared laughs and she managed to do that while still working on my situation and did all that with a cheery attitude for me calling at 12 am with a complex situation. She really should be the face of cellular customer service because she knows how to make me remember why I chose at&t

I went to the local AT&T store in Midland Park with my dead iPhone and assuming I would need to get a new phone and, of course, pay more per month (isn't that what always happens?). Surprise! Store Manager Alex K. Cleaned a wad of lint out of the charging port and lo and behold the phone came to life when he plugged it back in.

He could easily have run up a new sale and make the usual commission. But, he is an incredibly honest fellow and was more interested in helping us than making a commission. Kudos Alex! And thanks. We definitely will be back to upgrade in the near future and highly recommend this AT&T Store and Alex in particular.

AT&T service and price
August 15, 2019

I have been with AT&T for over 5 years now. Every year, I have gotten reliable, congenial service with no issues so far. The price of their packages is reasonable and the store I go to always has knowledgeable customer service agents

AT&T Inc
September 17, 2014

AT&T Inc. is an American multinational telecommunications corporation, headquartered at Whitacre Tower in downtown Dallas, Texas. This company has to provide the information about the companies. I've had At&t for many years. I'm still on their unlimited data plan. I moved and it's now been almost 4 months and still no service.

I must say, I have been with ATT for about 15 years. In the beginning, it was so easy to get a free phone and a two year contract. Now there are no contracts but you pay for the phone. I believe the phone cost more than the contract. So they making money. My bill each mouth is way over a $100 for one line. But it is what it is...

Manageable Network
March 5, 2017

Bought their device early this year, I must confess, there mobile device has a very strong battery that last for quite a long time, but honestly, in terms of network service, they really need to improve in the area of network, aside that. I love their product.

Overall it's a good service with calling and service everywhere. I am giving only 3 stars because of the fact that if we want to upgrade our phones we either have to pay for a new phone outright or we have to sign another two year agreement and our monthly plan amount goes up because we loose discounts that we currently have.

Promtion and billing
March 22, 2022

Do not trust any promotion by at &t. I have been with t mobile for fourteen years. I met a promion agent at Fred Mayer and told me i will get the same service with less monthly bill. I have trusted him and signed the promotion. But my bill went up by over 100$. Every time i call they tell ro wait for next bill.the payment is increasing against their promise. So I advice every one not to trust their promotions.

5G is genuinely bad. I have no data in many, many places and have been trying to unlock my ATT locked phone. I've been on the phone and chat lines for over 6 hours on many calls. They keep promising to unlock and never do. Finally, a higher level agent said that the phone is locked by Apple and ATT is helpless. I was on the phone for over 2 hours with Apple today (iPhone 14pro). They searched every database they have and did a diagnostic on the phone. We even did a full factory reset. According to Apple, it is totally in ATT's court to unlock... but they are failing to do as promised. Very dishonest. They are entrapping customers that want out due to extremely poor coverage and hence... poor customer care. Don't go with them. You will regret it.

I made a payment on 6/27 and they put it on someone else's account. I have spent days upon stays and hours upon hours trying to fix this. 2 times at&t requested a transfer and could not do it due to not having a read to this other persons account. They ask me for their passcode. It's not my account, how would I have access. They say it is not their fault because I paid on the phone. Are you kidding me, that number is the number you gave to me on the email to call. Once I pay off this phone, I will never use their service again. At&y is horrible at customer service. T-mobile's actual service is not as good, however they bend over backward to keep you happy when they mess up. I miss T-MOBILE AND WILM RUN BACK AS SOON AS I can. AT&T you are so disorganized. You could not find my payment twice even with my confirmation number you guys emailed me. You emailed me the transfer was successful and it was not. When I did have 2 services with you, you could not link the accounts. For such a big company you Guys are so horrible with the tools your reps have to solve your clients issues

I am an extremely frustrated customer. AT&T's internet service has been incredibly disappointing. I've had to call them about 20 times, and each time, I get transferred to different departments without any resolution. They've told me my account is too complicated to handle, and as a result, my internet was cut off.

I came home from work on Friday to find that my internet was disconnected. I called AT&T immediately, but despite their assurances that they were glad to help, nothing got resolved. Instead, I was passed around like a hot potato between departments. I spent nearly 7 hours on the phone with them, from 4 PM to 11 PM, only to be told they couldn't help me and that I'd have to wait until Monday for the Sales department to reopen in their business hours.

What's worse is that I did speak with the Sales department during my initial call, but they transferred me to another department. After 7 hours that, I was told I needed to go back to Sales again. This is the worst service I've ever experienced, especially when I was already exhausted from work.

I'm really want to changing my internet provider, but unfortunately, my apartment has a contract with AT&T, so I'm stuck. I've already expressed my concerns to the apartment management, urging them to cut ties with AT&T. They left me without internet for the entire weekend, which is unacceptable.
