Description of product online is not accurate to what arrived. Plates are almost paper thin. I paid extra for faster shipping and it took almost 2 weeks to arrive.
Ordered only one item. Had to correct the person taking order about the one I wanted.

Purchased two license plates and either one of them fit on the vehicles. One is too small and the other one the holes don't line up. Not haply
It was 8$ for a license plate. I thought that was a great deal. I kept waiting for it to ask me my text for the plate, I kept going until checkout. After payment confirmation I called customer service. Only to find out it's an additional five dollars to put text on it. Which, essentially, isn't a big deal. I just think the site should be more clearly stated and streamlined as so there's no confusion. I found out about the additional five dollars from the customer service call. This is where I was ticked off a little. I called to ask about the text, and the woman on the other end treated me as if I was stupid for not knowing the information I was calling about. She began getting frustrated with me and I told her I wasn't being short with her, and if she could stop being short with me. We got the situation resolved, she figured out how to send me a Paypal request for the additional charge, and made the transaction complete. I haven't received my item yet, but hopefully it'll be here soon with no problems.
Totally forgot I wanted to purchase a license plate, couldn't remember where. Well, after leaving my cart with something in it, the site sent me an email. Shipping was a little more than I would have liked but nobody is perfect.
Very expensive shipping. A plate costs $9 and so does shipping. The plate is less than a pound. Also item was purchased as a gift for BIL in UK and was delivered a day after promised so we could not bring with us on our trip. Had to post in our return. Hastle.
I ordered a license plate and it really does look great. The only issue I had was that one corner was completely bent. It could have been damaged in shipping but if that is the case then maybe it should have been packaged better. I'm going to try and straighten the bend out. I just want it to be made aware that maybe the packaging should be better in the future.

Not only was the product (custom license plate) exactly what we were looking for but, the customer service experience was superb - I'd missed a checkbox on my order and that same day, I received a phone call clarifying and confirming my order. Shipping was swift and I had my order in hand within three days. When I called to place a second, larger special order, I was assisted over the phone and the transaction took less that two minutes. The key chains I purchased (30) only had one side complete. The other side was blank (silver or metal). The product would have been better if it had both sides compete with the graphic. Or it should have been advertised that only one side would be complete. I was not happy with my purchase.
The staff are so helpful. Sometimes it is difficult to get out exactly what you are looking for. Very helpful with making it happen. The turn around time is amazing. I am so pleased with the service provided.
As soon as I made my purchase I received an immediate confirmation email, and within 2 hours my order had been shipped and I had received the tracking information. Would highly recommend them, very professional!
The two license plates I ordered were great, but they arrived in a single bubble envelope and were both bent about 15 degrees. I had to hammer them out for about ten minutes to make them look decent and to fit the bikes. They don't look perfect and I was disappointed that some cardboard wasn't included in the package to make it a little stiffer.
I designed and ordered a auto license plate. When it arrived via USPS in a heavy envelope stamped 2 times "DO NOT BEND" it was bent on one corner and the license plate inside was also bent. I emailed the company and very shortly received a reply asking me to send a picture of the damaged envelope and plate. I did and they sent me another plate within days! I was very impressed with the way they handled it and how quickly they made things right. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I can.

I was so pleased to find someone that would make a small order of license plates for my car club. They were able to take our art work and apply it to the plates. The club members were very satisfied with the quality and price for our order. I couldn't believe that they would have my order ready in two days and I would have them in two days (4 days from order to delivery)! This is a great company and I would recommend it to anyone.
