Dani Rostad is amazing to work with, she gets you the quotes and talks you through the whole process in a timely manner. I have talked to other steel companies and havent got near the customer service that Dan gave me. Because of her I will always buy from Armstrong and tell everyone i know.

I knew I wanted a steel building for our 5th wheel trailer, but didn't have a real firm idea of what I needed. I filled out the on line quote request and Jeff Reimers called me promptly and helped me get a firm idea of what I needed. I have some other things to consider, like what all I want the building to be, and have put the building purchase on hold for now. But Jeff was very helpful and I did not feel any pressure to put money down before I really knew exactly what I wanted. Jeff is easy to work with and is very helpful.
I had the pleasure of working with Jim Christopherson at Armstong over the past 6 weeks. He took me step by step through design of the steel building I was looking for. I had many questions and those he couldn't answer he was quick to get back to me with a follow up. At no time did I feel pressure during the process. Because we live in Alaska freight cost was a big concern. Ultimately I have decided to build a wood structure to save on costs. Great guy to work with.

If you are going to purchase a steel building. This is the only one I would buy. We have looked at over a dozen companies and this by far is the one we would go with. Eric Stanek, our sales person on this project, was well informed about the buildings. He was patient and helpful in all our questions and certain designs. I would definitely recommend Armstrong Buildings and Eric Stanek to anyone looking for a steel building.
When I called I got to speak with Jeff Reimers and he was so helpful. My building was not a typical shape so it took a little bit to work through and he was always very nice to deal with.
I have been working with Jim Christopherson for about 10 months now. He has bent over backwards to get my business. As a result of Armstrong steel not having an erection Company to send me to, I have continued to look for company to do my erection. Making a long story short, I found a company that does both. I gave a deposit. They have been dragging this on, passing the buck from one CEO to the other. I called Jim. He offered me a deal that is hard to refuse, but I would never get my deposit back and its not peanuts. At this point I'm not sure what's going to happen. The fact of the matter is Jim is, without doubt the best person I have worked with for any deal, ever. He's determined to get you he best deal he can to get your business.
I have been working with Jeffery Reimers and correspondence has been great. I have had all of my questions answered immediately or within a reasonable timeframe. We have discussed different options and sizes in order to keep costs down and achieve the same solution.
