They had the best price on the GE microwave we ordered. The online site was easy to use. Free shipping took 10 days from the day that we ordered the microwave. The microwave arrived in a well protected package.
While doing comparative shopping online I stumbled across this hidden gem. We had originally decided to make a purchase at Best Buy, however the pricing alone was worth taking another look.
I wasnt exactly sure if I wanted to make such a substantial purchase online. Especially if there happened to be an issue with product. However, due to saving almost $2,000 I figured it was worth a shot.
We received our brand new appliances as described. Couldnt be more happy. Well worth the purchase they even price match, though they are pretty aggressive in their pricing so I doubt that will ever come to question. Highly recommend.

I ordered a induction cook top from Appliance Connection. The cook top arrived broken an in pieces. I contacted appliance Connection right away an it was a weekend. Appliance Connection took care of the problem. Appliance Connection took care of the shipping an I had a new cook top shipped out to me. They were vary helpful with the problem. One of the best stores out there.

I know not everyone's experience is the same but mine was great! I ordered the Meridian Eliana Sectional in Pink because it was the cheapest on this site and based on reviews. It was more of a mauve than blush pink but the velvet couch is gorgeous! It's great quality and comes with 2 sets of legs (gold and chrome). It even has removable washable covers with velcro on one side so it stays in place. Order came in a timely manner as expected. You can track it on the trucking company delivery site and the delivery guys called the day before just like they said they would. I also messaged them online and got a real person responding back which was awesome. I'm so happy with the service that I plan on ordering more furniture from them.

I had a great experience with Appliance Connection. Out of all the websites, they make it so easy to search for appliances based on dimensions, price, make, customer reviews. Whatever! I recently wanted to get a narrow fridge, less than 24" wide and it was so easy to toggle through the search fields and find the best priced, best reviewed products. I've purchased about 3 or 4 big ticket items through them in the past 2 years and I've had a fabulous experience each time.

I normally dont buy furniture online but I was intrigued by the gorgeous looking Accentrics Home bed they carried. The delivery was on time and everything went perfect. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble and set everything up. The high quality of the materials and design were noticed right away. Very remarkable print. It is very sturdy and everyone who sees it raves with compliments! Extremely happy with this bed and the company from which it was purchased.

Bought all my appliances from this firm when I renovated a house 6 years ago. 6 years later, for another renovation, I chose to buy from Appliance Connection again. I know there are other sites where I don't have to pay state tax, but their outstanding personal service, speed of delivery, great price, website search functionality, cheaper 5 year warranty... etc led me to use them again. Once again, I am 100% satisfied. I ordered the wrong hood and washer dryer and I was under tremendous time pressure and the firm really go out of its way to help deliver the right appliances to me on time.

This company did not honor the price at which I purchased a patio set. When I contacted them to inquire why it hadn't been shipped, I was told that it would not be in stock for 2-3 months. That order was then cancelled, and I was encouraged to find something on their site that WAS in stock. This time I called it in, and imagine my surprise when I found out that they DID have the patio set in stock, just wouldn't sell it for the price I had ordered it at. When I subsequently got the order and requested a refund of the difference, first I was told the sets were different (they were the same SKU and item number); then I was told that the first price was a glitch (not my problem); then I was told that they would give me half back in store credit (no thank you); and finally I was bullied by given a RMA return number and instructed to return the item to them. If you want to deal with crooks, you've found the right place.

My wife and I were going to have to wait weeks for another Home Depot sale to start in order to get the fridge we wanted as we just bought a new home. I recently did a lot of research on buying appliances both locally and online. I found AppliancesConnection in my search. I decided to buy a much-needed wall oven online from this company. Their website has so much information and is easy to use. It was so easy to make the purchase. Their communication is great and delivery was exactly as scheduled. Because of this purchase I decided to replace our Cooktop with and Induction Cooktop and again I turned to Appliances Connection. Within 3 days I had the cooktop installed in my house! Both appliances were delivered well packed and without any damage! I would do business with them again!

Delivered a broken washer/dryer. Delivery company did not notify company it was broken. Called to ask, they were unaware, called again to reconfirm and customer service rep raised their voice at me and said it was my fault for not confirming, could not confirm if I would have to pay or not for installation again. Will never order from here again.

My first experience with purchasing a large appliance online was with AppliancesConnection.com. After easily running through about 50 choices of exacting detail, reviews, prices, rebates & discounts that they list for each dishwasher I bought a Maytag MDB8959SfZ, white glove delivered with $150 in rebates for $350.00! After two years it is still a joy to use. It doesn't have a utensil rack of movable tines, but the solid stainless steel dries better and the door hasn't leaked (its chief complaint). If you read the prices for dishwashers you'll know that this is practically a non-existent price. Today it'll run about $434+ on their website. So it is a deal that still holds and I know you can find one for yourself! I hope you do, it is so-o-o worth it!

We ordered this tub in April, and now it's almost June and we still have yet to receive it or a tracking number. When we placed the order the website said that it was in stock and would be shipped quickly, but unfortunately they misled us and it's been an absolute disaster trying to get this shipped. We're building a house and literally waiting on this tub and it's such a waste of money having it delay our project. Would highly recommend contacting appliances connection before making ANY orders to confirm how long shipment will take, or simply buy from someone else. I'm sure the tub will be great when we get it ( I certainly hope so) but our experience was terrible.

This company ripped me off. I ordered a rang hood, it came in damaged and the wrong size. I sent it back and they refused to give me a refund, Finally after many emails and call they refunded me 900 from 1500 dollars claiming it was damaged. Yes it was damaged that's why I sent it back. They kept $600 You can order from other companies that are reputably and stand behind there products. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. Don't buy from this company. Their return policies are horrible, they do not let you cancel the order even if it is out of stock and their customer service will give you a run around for price match and returns. Horrible Horrible experience.

I purchased a couch in February 2018. I was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. One week later I was told it would be delivered the first week in April. I called appliance connection and was told the factory building the couch burned down.
The first week in April my couch did not arrive. I then received an email stating my couch had been shipped and would arrive in 7-10 days. I arranged a special trip to my new home in Florida(my primary residence is in Dallas) only to be disappointed that the couch was not delivered.
I called Appliance connection and asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with * who said the couch had not even been shipped and he would call me on Monday to let me know what was happening. I never received a return call from *.
It is now May 4,2018 and I still do not have my couch. I contacted appliance connection again and was told they don't know when my couch will be delivered. I was given the number to the shipper who informed my couch is sitting in a warehouse waiting for the to get a full trailer load before it will be delivered. I paid for the couch in full in February 2018.

I need to update this review because i am really puzzled about this site and how this company still has an almost perfect 5 STARS when there are more bad reviews than good? How does this site make this calculation? If you scroll and read all of the complaints and 1 star review all the way to the 15th page, they are overwhelming horrible for this company. Yet, the almost 5 star rating makes them look like a great company. How does that work? Something is super fishy about all of this. What is even more fishy are the reviews they have posted on their own website. They are all PERFECT! I wrote one a super negative review for them on their own website a week ago and have yet to see it posted. Can you say SCAM?
If you are stupid enough to order anything high end with this company, you are screwed like i am! They are quick to take your credit card/money but don't hold your breath if you think you will get your item at all. As soon as they hear you have a problem, they put you on hold forever or tell you they will call you back. If you do get someone on the phone, do not expect them to know where your product is or when or if it will arrive. I was unlucky enough to get this guy named Calvin. After i dared to question about my way overdue order, this guy managed to pivot and made himself the victim because i was "argumentative" and "unable to make happy". Naturally, i fought back with actual facts and reminded him that i am the one without a range that i paid $4K. He started to stammer, retreated and said he will get it delivered asap. I asked him HOW and WHEN? Magically, he said it will arrive immediately. These guys just make it up as they go along and only work on the orders when customers start screaming for it. I wished i had seen these horrible reviews before i ordered. If you are reading my review, just know that it was much worse than what i have already written. There is simply not enough space or time for me to go into greater details. DO NOT ORDER FROM APPLIANCE CONNECTION UNLESS YOU ARE A MASOCHIST.

Got what I ordered, but its quality was very poor, saw a banner about reviews get PAID to review the product you bought.
They post they will pay you upto $22.50 in CASH for reviews on products you have purchased, then change it into points after you do it, I tried showing them the site where it no where shows the points, I had a customer service rep Douglas agree with me and tell me I would be getting my $22.50, Calvin a manager then tells me, he will take care of it if I email him, after I email him, he tells me all I can do is get points.
So due to this blatant false advertisement, and Customer Service that contradicts itself, I have no choice, but to never shop here and tell everyone I can how I was treated.
All I wanted was my $22.50 owed for my reviews, instead by the end I was hassled and told my reviews would be deleted.
Douglas was a great customer service rep, Calvin should not work for this company as he is the real reason I will never shop here again rude, inconsiderate.

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
