Fantastic Service!

I contacted Appliances Connection to inquire about my order status. I had placed an order for a refrigerator on August 19 and the item was delayed reaching the Appliances Connection warehouse. I spoke with Martin and he was extremely helpful. He contacted the manufacturer to get an estimated time of arrival. Although I wish the date was sooner, I am very satisfied with how this is being handled. Martin offered to provide me with links to comparable items if I chose not to wait. Recognizing what a good deal I was getting on my LG refrigerator, I chose to wait and Martin told me that he felt that was the best choice since I was getting such a good deal on a top-notch appliance. Martin made me feel that my concerns were valid and completely reassured me that I will be receiving the item that I purchased at the price I was promised at the time of purchase. I am very happy with the customer service here and I will continue to purchase from Appliances Connection in the future.

Broken table
September 1, 2021

I ordered a mirrored table from them that took forever to ship. When the table finally shipped it went to O'fallen Mo. Where it set for three weeks until I disputed with my credit card company.
The shippers delivered the box all beat up and did not stick around while my husband got it totally unwrapped. I called the driver before he was down the street from us because it was broken and he would not come back and get it. I called the shipping company immediately and they said a warehouse supervisor would call me. They never did call me back. I contacted appliances connections immediately and they did nothing. After several emails they offered to sell me the broken table at a discount. I told them I did not need a broken table. Now they claimed we signed two forms from the driver accepting the table. We never signed anything and the two papers they claim we signed only have a scribble on it and they don't even match each other! We sign our name on documents we do not scribble. I tried to handle this immediately when the shippers dropped the table off and didn't wait while we unwrapped it all the way but both the shipping company and appliances connection have done nothing to help me. It's a federal offense to forge documents and I plan to go after the shipping company. As for appliances connections all I can do is try and get my credit card to help me. I have all the records of the emails and phone calls and tons of pictures. This is a terrible company!

PREVIOUSLY OWNED DISHWASHER- SOLD AS NEW

I purchased four appliances with Appliance Connection including a Maytag dishwasher. When I registered -with the serial number of the appliance - the dishwasher, I learned that the dishwasher was already registered to another customer. Another customer -- PREVIOUSLY OWNED!
APPLIANCE CONNENCTIONS DELIVERED TO ME AS NEW -- A PREVIOUSLY OWNED APPLIANCE!

When I learned from Maytag the situation, I immediately called into Appliance Connection to report the issue and spoke with *. She said she would investigate and get back with me. It's been four business days and I have heard nothing from *.

Two days after my report, I received an email from * at Appliance Connection. Unsolicited, she sent a copy of my order. I replied to Lequese and explained the situation. I told her I was working with * to resolve the matter.

Today, four business days after my report, I called in to speak with * and was told she was on a call and she would return the call immediately. It's been several hours and nothing.

I am completing a report to Better Business Bureau and consulting an attorney.

When I selected Appliance Connections over Lowes and Home Depot, I was hesitant because I was not sure of how reputable Appliance Connections is. Now I know --- selling "open box" as new and no service to answer for it. TERRIBLE!

Buy else where. It isn't worth the headache.

I am not happy with their business practices. If i can give them a zero star. Appliances prices seems to be on par with any other big online retailer. However, it will say it is "available" with an eta on delivery but right after you purchase and pay, then it becomes temporarily out of stock after payment is proccessed. I bought a range in Feb. Only to receive it in June. Also, the entice you with 5% giftcard with 6 months finance option with their credit/ bank which never arrives. Purchase is almost paid off in and I am still waiting on the giftcard. I have called and asked about it, I was assured it will come in a week or two, the rep seemed to be saying they usually don't send it out automatically, you almost have to make a fuzz about it to have a chance at recieving it. It has been a month now, I still haven't seen the giftcard. It is looking like a typical case of false advertising that is short of a good ole scam.

Liars & Waste of Time
August 20, 2021

Ordered a dishwasher listed "In-stock" on July 19th. After I submitted payment I was told it wasn't in stock by automated email. I called and was told on two separate occasions it would be shipping August 16th. Called August 20th to be told they have no ETA. They charged my CC on July 19th. Total waste of time and money. Ironically went o Lowes website and ordered the same dishwasher which will be delivered tomorrow. WASTE of TIME & they lie about their inventory to get your $$

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased 14 Heating and AC units that when received, looked perfect on the outside of the box. They were undented, sealed and looked new. So far 4 of the 14 don't work and when we opened the boxes we found they are all dented and broken and look used. DID I MENTION THEY DON"T WORK! I have tried since APRIL to get a hold of someone and when I explain the problem they accidentally disconnect me. I finally got 1 lady to answer and all she did was give me the number to the manufacturers service. I am going to dispute this purchase (almost $10,000) and call the BBB. They sholuld not be in business!

I ordered a Frigidaire chest freezer from this company that cost almost $1,000. They took two weeks to deliver it and it was beat all to pieces on the bottom, busted on the plastic top, and marks on the side, and it was extremely hot when plugged in. Never get anything without looking at everything and reporting damaged during delivery, this is very important and I am very thankful I did this however this company does not honor their work of refunding you anything they just lie and scam you. They scheduled a technician from warranty services to look at it, he determined it was unrepairable. He said I would have to deal with the company and fight for a refund well he was telling the truth. It has now been three weeks since he wrote the report, AppliancesConnection ignored the report sent from the company and made me obtain the report and send it in email. Then after that they promised me multiple times over the phone I could get a refund but refuse to schedule a pickup date. I have emailed them multiple times and since I sent the report where it was extremely damaged and the technician cannot repair it they refuse to email me back. When I call and get mad for them lying to me they hangup the phone, they make up excuses like the people who schedule pickups are out sick but they say they cannot email me that in a statement for proof. Very dirty company, I would NEVER do business with them. Please lookup honest reviews of them do not look on their profile, go to review websites like this to see the truth do not fall into this scam company like I did. They will rob you and scam you. I really regret not researching more reviews before purchasing from this company, stick with companies you trust do not give this company one dollar they are very dirty and do not care to scam you and steal your money and deliver you a heavily damaged item. Lastly, they delivered a chest freezer with Old Freight Dominion and it was placed vertically into the truck, even the delivery driver said it was crazy how they placed it. AppliancesConnection is as close to legally scamming people as you can get, save your money shop elsewhere. I am a verified purchaser.

Purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator back in June, that has not worked since it was received, as it never got cold. Numerous phone calls and emails later, it still does not work and the company will not refund our money. This has been a nightmare. My advice: NEVER USE BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Appliance Connection and Diamond Sofa are the biggest scam artists. I purchased these Diamond Sofa chairs through Appliance Connection in December for a set price. They strung me along for almost 8 months changing my ship date every few weeks and putting holds for the money on my bank account. They blamed Diamond Sofa for the delays. I patiently checked in and was assured I would be getting my delivery. In that time, furniture prices went up. I thought I was so lucky to get a good deal. Now the furniture is back in stock and a rude manager at Appliance Connection says your not getting it the prices went up and Diamond Sofa wont honor the price you paid. Then he hangs up on me. No offer to provide me with a discount on a different set of chairs. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS INCOMPENTENT FRAUDELENT COMPANY!

Too bad there is nothing less than a 1 star. We placed an order on June 1 2021 and finally got it delivered on August 4th. "DAMAGED" The delivery company Fragilpak received the item on July 15th and in Alabama they have a BBB rating of "F" and is no longer accredited. All of the reviews are the same... you get a text to fill out and submit it (about 6 questions). My husband filled it out numerous times and the response is we will call you back to schedule a date and time which they did not call us for weeks. So finally we contacted Appliance Connection to see if they could intervene... they really did not want to. So we told them to cancel the order... it took us weeks until they finally sent FragilPak an email and finally got the item delivered. Don't ever do business with this company you will regret it.

I have to say that I had the most unbelievably good experience with appliancesconnection.com. We came home from work and decided we needed a new refrigerator. I went to work researching prices on new refrigerators. Appliances Connection had free delivery, free haul away, and great reviews. I have to say it wasn't until after I researched appliancesconnection.com that I saw the exact same refrigerator for a lot less on their site and bought it. The delivery personnel were courteous and removed the excess packing material from my property as requested by my wife. I highly recommend appliancesconnection.com and their services. Thanks again.

Garbage company

I was ordered chairs from them, during the COVID-19 it takes one and half month for the delivery, it still ok, late I found the chairs quality wasn't that good, some parts has dirty thing on it and can't be removed, so I called wants to return it, the phone always goes to callback system, so I email them, they reply after 3-4 days after, they said can't return without the box (who will keep the box after they opened), so we been emailing with them for more than one month, finally I called them and spoke with the manager, the manager kick the problem to the manufacturer say they don't accept, tell me I have call the manufacturer by my self, that was so ridiculous, I bought the chairs from them, now there has problems about the return they tell me called manufacture by myself, so why I have to shop through them, they don't take any responsibility, they just take the money and order from manufacture, late have problems they don't care, the kick the problem to the manufacture, the customer have fix the problem with manufacture by themselves, if can give 0 star I'll give them 0 star, don't buy anything form them!

I had to stop and think. Why exactly had I chosen to purchase something from these folks? It was because I couldn't find the freezer we wanted from a local store that would arrive in a reasonable period of time. The price was nearly the same as the local stores listed.

My limited research showed I was taking a chance with them. Many reported that orders weren't received when expected and there many other issues. They showed the freezer was it stock. I took a chance.

Thus began my delivery experience. They sent email and sent text messages with the delivery date and time range. Problem was, we weren't going to be home that day. I tried to reschedule. They were closed (the messages came in on Saturday). I literally spent HOURS trying to get through to a person to reschedule. In each case is was 36th or 37th 'In Position' to talk to someone with hold times that EXCEEDED ONE HOUR and RESULTED IN DISCONNECTS before I spoke with someone. I gave up. Then I found a different number and left a message at some related business office which, finally, resulted in a call back. They said they'd reschedule. The trucking company STILL CALLED to deliver that day ('On our way!').

Finally, a week later, a new date was scheduled. Then they called A DAY EARLY and said they'd be delivering it that day. I wasn't going to be home until later that day and they still came early before I had a chance to finish my preparations for them.

Then there was the whole discussion about what was included with the 'White Glove Delivery.'

Two words: NEVER AGAIN. It simply isn't worth it.

Ordered on the website but emailed them to cancel the order less than 2 hours later. They chose to disregard the cancel request and scammed me out of $400+ for a supposed restocking fee. Save yourself time and money use Lowe's of Home Depot.

Frigidaire Range
July 20, 2021

I ordered a Frigidaire range and received it severely damaged. The range has been dropped and still delivered to us that way! I made the delivery company come back and look at the damage. I have called and called about this problem and I have been told I have to pay to send this back. Mind you I was told it would be taken care of and would be refunded once they picked this stove up. The problem is. Besides everything, is that they won't pick it up.
Please do not order from this company because they are very dishonest! Trust me I know

Ordered a dishwasher - the day it showed up it was the wrong cover it was sent back. They wanted to charge me for the ship back. But it was their fault, not mine

We ordered again - my mistake - but they then starting flipping dates on when it would arrive. Mistakes, poor training or downright lying. You tell me.

The day that it was supposed to arrive, does anyone call and apologize for it being late. Never again - lesson learned.

We ordered a Speed Queen dryer from AppliancesConnection.com on June 27,2021, with haul off old and install of new one included. Told 15 days. Dryer arrived maximum 15 business days later on July 16. Unfortunately, it arrived with two dents and a crease along one side, as well as a badly bent bottom corner where one of the leveling feet screwed in. And although the order said they would supply a 4 prong cord, a water hose for the steam cycle connection, and up to 8' of semi-rigid vent connection with clamps, almost none of that happened. The 4-prong cord was useless, since we have a 3-prong plug; but I knew that, and just disconnected and kept the old cord. Luckily I saved the screws too, as installers claimed they had none. They shipped a water hose, but for a dishwasher, not a dryer; so again, luckily I was ready with the old one. And no vent hose or 4" clamps were anywhere in sight from the installers. Aluminum HVAC tape and old stuff used again. We were initially offered 10% discount for the dents, and was told "maximum" they could go to was 15%. We weren't willing to wait another month, so we accepted that deal, but it's less than would have been offered at a store for an item dented like that. So overall, we have a working dryer, but they weren't very reliable about the product condition or the installation.

I wanna start out with, if I could give negative - stars then that would be my rating system for this company. You are as strong as your weakest link, and clearly hiring very unprofessional delivery people is a recipe for disaster. I purchased a refrigerator after waiting forever for it was finally delivered. These people not only damaged the refrigerator when they delivered it. They damaged my door, my stone floor, and my table has been damaged from where they put items on my kitchen table. Worst experience that have ever had purchasing a major appliance. Just horrible. Save your money and purchase locally where there are people that actually know what they are doing, and care about how they handle your expensive purchase. I feel like after all this that purchased a new model, but got something from the scratch and dent section.

Contacted by phone on 6/27 to ensure product was in stock, was told they had it and it would ship July 6 and arrive in 2 weeks. After it didn't ship followed up w/ calls and emails over a period of 16 days. Today they finally said they don't have it and it will ship in mid August. They lied about stock, took my 10k and ran me around for 16 days before telling me they don't actually have it. Don't trust this company!

Company does not stand by their product or service and business model seems designed to screw people over. They installed dented and damaged refrigerator and gas range. Failed to install the anti tip bracket. Removed the serial tag from range. Refuses to address my concerns and blames this on me.

This is a direct quote from their reps: " Please be advised that we prompt all our customers on how to accept the deliver and inspect the units. We also note that it is the customers responsibility to inspect the unit and be there for the installation and deliver. Please be advised that since this were photos of the units delivered in new condition a claim with the shippers is denied."

They incorrectly installed the dishwasher too. Customer service is slow to respond, holds you in contempt and blames you for the problems you experienced with them. The are slow, unfriendly, and callous. If they truly wanted to provide "white glove" service, they would ensure that the delivery people inspect the item with you, refuse to install damaged goods and co-sign a good condition guarantee for the install. They don't because they are unethical. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
