This is our 2nd order with A Plus Warehouse. The customer service I received from Chris Carroll was excellent. He provided knowledgable information on the products I was ordering and answered all questions I had. I placed my order late on Tuesday and was able to pick it up early on Thursday - great lead time!

The ladder I ordered was constructed incorrectly. I ordered an 11' ladder and received a ladder that is 14'-3" mounting height. I now have to modify the ladder to make it work.
