The delivery was not well coordinated. We had paid extra for a hydraulic lift on the truck and asked for us to be notified before the delivery so we could coordinate reception with our landlord. However the delivery showed up without any notice and the driver wanted to leave asap. We were not able to use the lift at all due to space and personnel constraints since the delivery was unexpected. We were NOT given a refund for the hydraulic lift cost. One of the pieces was defective for which a replacement was sent out upon request.
The A Plus Warehouse Amazon Store was very simple to use. I ordered a nice electronics workbench for the college. Delivery went fine!

The Slide out shelf storage cabinet was received by Steve Taylor at our Blue Ash Outpost.
Ordered 6 casters (color - BLACK), received 6 casters color RED. No biggie really. Don't know why the wheels were red in color when the carts I ordered on a previous order were specified for black wheels.
The whole purchasing experience was excellent from start to finish. From making sure the product ordered was just what I wanted to delivering on time, and the order being correct. Every thing went perfectly.

Chris was very helpful, especially since we had our Parents' Group order the vertical racks with funds raised by the generous Group. My only concern was the additional $82.00 for a paper change regarding the new delivery address. In the future, please inform the person ordering the items of any unique requirements, like the need for a loading dock, forklift, and/or a bobtail with a hydraulic tailgate. When parents order items for the school with personal funds raised, they are not necessarily schooled in the total process.
