The delivery went very well. I then wanted to order more and found "PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK". No date for availability was provided.
However I was some what disappointment with the ESET product. I called them to straighten out problems with the install. They responded and fixed the issue.
So all is well, except for "PRODUCT OT OF STOCK" matter.

Purchase of my product was fast and easy. I had a problem with installation however, caused by Norton, who was my previous anti virus provider. Norton made it next to impossible to install the Norton antivirus I purchased from you. I called you for support and one of your "tech" folks finally got it installed. I was all set to buy, until your fascist system forced me to login as a previous customer, which set off a search for my old login ID, which required a request for a password reset, and when I got in, there was no record of the order I was working on.
Your Website needs to be more flexible, or some buyers may just bail out out of frustration.

Anti Virus Deals offers a great value and the same great virus protection software you can buy anywhere else. My only complaint is with their order verification process. After placing an order, they send an email requesting that you call them to verify the order. Once you call, you verify the same information you provided online and then they send you the code. For me it took couple days to get a hold of someone in order to complete this process. I wish they would remove this extra step as no other online retailer makes you jump through these additional steps.
I researched this product, and was able to learn something from the Service Agent that i was curious about. I value that ability to be knowledgeable about a product for sale. Great Job!
