This antenna is easy to put up and install brings in 150 miles. I got all the PBS stations before I even put it on the roof

We purchased the LAVA HD8008 Ultra 4K Omni-Directional Amplified Outdoor
HDTV Antenna to replace the LAVA HD2605 Ultra 4K Motorized Outdoor HDTV UHF/VHF Antenna that we lost in a house fire. Both antennas were shipped quickly and packaged well. They were both easy to assemble (I'm a woman and assembled both antennas) and easy to install. I am happy with both antennas, and would certainly recommend AntennaDeals antennas to everyone.
We like it so much we bought a second one for another room in the house. Picks up all the channels we wanted. Would definitely recommend.
Didn't pick up any additional channels but it is clear and works well. I would not do the upgrade if I had to do it over

Have called at least 50 times now over three weeks, I have emailed them and I have responded to their text messages asking me to call them at *******444 andto date i have TWO WRONG orders and zero return communications and an antenna that does not work as described.
To maintain complete transparency this is not my first antenna from them it is my third, the first two worked great, but the omnidirectional one does not.
I would exchange it for one i know works, but thatcwould require them to return my attempts to reach them which has not happened as of this post. I wilk continue my posts daily in an attempt to get their attention or to warn customers away from them because of this experience.
The first order did not come with the 30 feet if cable and even after I was able to reach Jimmy, the guy on the webpage, I received another 4way splitter instead of the control module Jimmy stated he was sending. Now i have a nonfunctioning antenna and nobody seems concerned enough to return my repeated calls.
I have no personal malice against them and did not provide the 5 star review they request so you can receive a 10% discount on your purchase if you do provide them a 5 star review. Which I now suspect is tge reason they have such a high google rating, because they are paying for it.
To be clear until my issues are fixed I cannot recommend anyone to do buy anything from them as you will get no support after the sale.

Installed the antenna to roof of the house last Monday. Installation was easy. Antenna works great we got almost 50% more channels than we expected.
We receive at least 50% more channels with our new antenna than our old antenna. This product shipped direct to our house within a week.
I ordered this antenna and within two to three days I received it. Easy to install with no problems. Everything works great. Great picture quality.
The antenna came earlier than i expected, was easy to put assemble. I hung it the next day and very pleased with the reception.
