Anime Ape customer service support is hands down one of the best I ever had. They attended to all my needs. I will be a long time customer and they have awesome anime shirt designs that are not sold anywhere else.

I purchased one Naruto varsity jacket and two pairs of gym shorts which I'm very pleased with, however you can't track your order until it reaches the states which is frustrating. I've worked with other overseas vendors who will give you tracking throughout the whole process.

Overall good company though, will definitely look forward to purchasing from them in the future as all of their products have been very high quality!

Anime ape is a great site if you are looking for anime apparel. They have many different types of clothing, like shorts, hoodies, tank tops, t shirts, etc. and also anime themed non-clothing items like bedding, tapestries and others. Prices are not bad, and they occasionally have sales and discount codes to make the prices even better. I do wish shipping was a little faster, but other than that, I'd highly recommend them to any anime-lover.

I've bought a few ugly Christmas sweaters and some anime garb from them. I made a mistake in size, and they were willing to help me. There are other clothing companies out there for us weebs, but these guys are fantastic

Items are unique and good quality. They have a large selection of custom items from many different anime shows. I also had a problem with my order and they responded promptly and fixed the issue without hassle.

I purchased a baseball jersey for my anime fan son for his birthday. I was honestly nervous about the size I purchased and I was just amazed at how the Anime Ape customer support was there to help me. I honestly was a little iffy on purchasing from the website because I was not sure if it was a scam but I'm glad I found a place for all of my son's anime gear going forward. The quality was amazing as well, I have not been able to find such stylish gear elsewhere!

This company produces quality products that look fantastic and feel great. I've purchased 3 anime jerseys (1 gift and 2 for myself), they fit great, the colors are vibrant, and they are a super light fabric that feels great! I'm looking forward to buying more as gifts and for myself! 😁

I ordered a Hawaiian shirt and some board shorts for an upcoming vacation. I immediately got an email confirming my address. The product took a little while to get, but I was in no rush. I think it was a couple weeks. I was very happy with the end products. While they are not what I would consider on the high end of quality, they don't seem cheaply made either. There appears to be good attention to detail in the design of the clothing and good quality to the material and stitching. Their product selection is phenomenal compared to other sites I have looked at. Bottom line, yes you will pay a premium price, but you will get a good quality product that you probably couldn't find anywhere else. They also seem to truly care about their customers which is also a plus. I haven't had any issues to complain about, so I don't know how well they follow through, but they appear to be a trustworthy company. I would definitely buy from them again.

The quality of the jacket way superseded my expectations. Definitely recommend. I accidentally got myself the wrong size and the support team is being very helpful and offering an exchange for the correct size. I'll be ordering from them again for sure.

If you intend to shop with Anime Ape for exercise clothing or shorts I would avoid this company. I would be fine with an overseas manufacturer if they did a good job. The pockets on their shorts are sewn very poorly. In five hours of use with nothing more then my hand in the pocket the bottom of the pocket had come right open. Now this was not 5 hours of consecutive use, it was over three workout sessions.

Horrible company, non-existent customer service. Shipping and tracking info are never updated, only list the package is being in transit. Upon contacting the shipping service with tracking number, the item was never sent and not in their system and tracking numbers are non-existent. I keep receiving generic emails to my questions about tracking with coupons and percentages off a future order. Why would I ever buy anything else from them if I can't receive what I originally ordered in the first place. Worst customer experience I've ever had with any online vendor. I'm currently going to open up a dispute with my credit company to get refunded my money since any contact with the company is non-existent and I don't have the product itself to file return anyway. Buyer beware, Buyer Beware, Buyer beware, I can't say it too many times Buyer beware! Thank you Anime Ape for ruining our holiday season.

I ordered some joggers for my bf - when they came, the print was very cute but the sizing was a little bit odd, they were very long on him! (Probably on me for not reading the size chart). However I am very impressed by their customer service team, when I reached out they replied promptly and offered me either a %70 refund or store credit for the full value. They respond very quickly. I would recommend ordering here as the customer service is great.

I always see ads for things that are to good to be true but after looking into this site and reading the positive reviews I decided to take a chance. I was not disappointed from the quality of the product to how fast the shipping was. The coat is not cheaply made keeps me so warm that I've fallen asleep in it. Not to mention it didn't take 4 months to receive it.

Now, onto the quality of the products. I can't emphasise enough how comfortable these rashguards and shorts are. I bought this beautiful Akatsuki button up shirt a size too big and when I messaged their team for a refund. They didn't even reply to tell me no. I messaged them 3 times in the refund section of their website. I really just wanted an exchange.

This was my second order from anime ape, I order 3 button ups, 2 t-shirts, 1 swim trunk. The button-ups material feels very cheap like knock off hawaiian shirt polyester but the sizes are fairly true. The T-shirts I received are definitely not based of the same sizes as they fit a size larger, the material of the t-shirts is a light thin polyesterish material as well (white is basically see through). The trunks were ok and true to size material feels like what swim trunks should me so no complaints there. Overall still not impressed especially with a no exchange policy on sizing, nothing says screw the customer like an online clothing company with a no exchange policy.

I was a little sceptical at first, you know shopping on an unknown website but the process was very easy and the items are very great quality. I have already purchased a few times here and i love all the items. The sizes are just right and the only problem i had was with a gift card they sent, but the fixed the problem right away. So to me i give the site 5 STARS

Anime ape has anime-related apparel that is very detailed and enjoyable to wear. The high quality clothes and cool designs make their clothing uplifting. I can't really pinpoint anything bad about AnimeApe at all.
