I ordered from this company for the first time this past weekend. A few days have passed and I have not received an order confirmation number or any shipping information. They did hit my account with correct amount--still pending. Their customer service might as well be non existent. Their automated system hangs up on you after 15 mins of being on hold so I've spent over an hour waiting to talk to a representative after calling several times. I would like to know if I will be receiving my order. I do not recommend ordering from them.

The items (swimwear) I ordered were very poor quality and their sizes are misleading (both items did not have a size guide). Keep that in mind. They do post their very detailed return policy - which is within 30 days of them *receiving* your order confirmation, not from when you send a return request. I have made the request since January 9 and they haven't responded since January 15, nor have they issued a label for refund/exchange of my damaged item even though said that they would per their email correspondence. I also inquired about the other poor fitting item; I have emailed them several times, waiting 24-48 hours for a response each time, with no luck. I have tried contacting them by phone during their normal hours, but with no one picking up. Very rude to not be responsive to your customers.

This was my first shopping experience with this company. The customer service was second to none. Well done! I am delighted with my purchase. Bought a Sage Short Sleeves Midi Bodycon Party Sweater Dress, turned up on time and very pleased with it. Excellent communication, delivery and packaging. The website was easy to use and my purchases were delivered promptly. Hassle free shopping experience. I found the whole process very easy. Customer service amazing. I am very happy. I placed an order on December 2 for 4 swimsuits, and I just received notification that my product was shipped out on December 15. It is unacceptable for product to ship out almost 2 weeks after the order was placed. If that is the case, then you need to NOTIFY the consumer. Maybe someone in your shipping department messed up and simply forgot to ship my items out, but this is truly disappointing. I have been ordering from your site for over 2 years, and the delays in shipping are becoming more frequent. If there is an item that was purchased, but was not in stock, then you need to ship the rest of the items out to the consumer. I find it very hard to believe that all four bikinis that I ordered were out of stock.

I don't know how to send a photo of my proof of purchase because I didn't get a proof of purchase or receipt of any kind in any of the packages they came in. All I got was what was online in my file with pictures of what I purchased and the amount paid for each item as well as order numbers. All the items I purchased were about $600 more or less that I'm unable to take a picture of. Thank you in advance for due diligence and I look forward to hearing from you as to how do you lies that amount of money on a purchase!

I have been a customer for AMI clubwear for over 15 years. But what I experienced last week was nothing like I have a experienced before with this company. I ordered four items and only received three. They telling me that I have all of my items. I have no reason to lie the item that is missing is a $10 dress why would I need to lie about a $10 dress. I've been emailing they telling me that they gonna get back to me I've been leaving voicemails no return. I'm just trying to get my money back on my dress. The quality and the clothes that AMI have now it's nothing like before they cheaply made they do a replica of outfits is that the authentic or original outfits which is a bother to me because before they had quality clothes. After I get the situation handled I will not purchase from this company again. I lovED AMI clubwear and used tell a lot of people about this company and I have spent a good amount of money in this company but after the situation I will not anymore

I've been buying from this site for a while, I love their shoes! I have like 15 pairs of boots and I gotta say they are just as beautiful as advertised. I order my regular size which is 8.5, but if in the image I see that the shoe comes not so wide I'll prefer a 9. Their shipping is always on point. You can contact customer Service if anything is wrong but to be honest I've never had an issue. So I've never had to contact them. In total I've made about 5 or 6 orders, and they were all what I expected and more! Most fabulous styles, as well as affordable! Will definitely keep on buying from amiclubwear

I place a order with them in June for around 30 swimsuit! I paid for express shipping and it still took time ( there was no point of paying for it in the first place) then 2 swimsuit were missing from my order and I got 2 of them in the wrong size! I've been trying to contact them form3 weeks now and I still disnt got a reply! Horrible costumer service

They say you get what you pay for but here generally you can always find something worth your money. The clothes are usually true to fit. I think I've had one outfit that was entirely off from the size chart. Otherwise I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience with this website would use again. Ordered a dress which was heavily reduced in the sales. Easy ordering process. Emails confirming purchase received and item delivered within couple of working days and extremely well packaged. Top quality customer service. Got exactly what I wanted at a good price. Not a fan of their delivery company but did get my coat on the day they said. I had no problems at all. I am very happy with my purchase.
