Purchased a few gifts cyber Monday that I was overly excited about. The gifts I found matched the recipients personality perfectly and I could not be more pleased! Site was easy to navigate and checkout was straightforward. However, without any notice, my order took two weeks to even leave their facility. It then took another week and a half to finally be delivered on December 24th. Granted, it was the holidays, but why did my very small order take two weeks to even leave their warehouse/facility/whatever. I did send a few emails throughout the process about delayed processing, but never received an email back. On top of that, the items were clearly thrown, then shoved, into a small box. I had to steam one of the items I purchased as it was a gift and looked like a crumpled paper towel after unboxing. Although they have great products, I will not be shopping with them again. Such a shame. Zero customer service.
I've been buying stuff from this site for a few years now, and it's become my go-to for gifts. Even when I have no idea what to get someone, I always find something on this site. I love the range of stuff they have, and I've always been happy with what I've bought. And my orders arrive on time! Which is more than I can say for a lot of other sites :/
I mean, it was ok. I clicked on an as on Facebook to get a novelty item that amused me in the moment (I may or may not have ADHD) and my phone auto filled the form. Functioned as intended.
More variety of cards and drop down selections for what type of cards
I ordered from this place 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order, then when you ask them about your order they hit you with a 1 page story of how only 8 females work there and blame it on the warehouse and how they are not Amazon. It's unreal all the excuses they are making, like if you own a business get it together. Nobody wants to hear about all these excuses you are giving your customers, then they won't offer any type of incentives for the inconvenience they put you through. It's a joke I ordered gifts for Christmas now I will get it after Christmas and I get a sob story in return. Never experienced any thing like this and I shop from many small owned business all the time there is no excuse for this. I will never order from this place again.
Ordered some things for Christmas over three weeks ago and have not even received shipping information. Wrote an email to customer service, no response.
Also, after some very simple internet sleuthing, the majority of 5 star reviews on here are obviously friends of the company in Massachusetts.
My product never arrived, Always Fits refused to track the product or accept responsibility for anything and even though they have now had the product back over 9 days they are not replying to emails and have not refunded money. I think this website is a scam and I would not advise anyone to buy from here - honestly the worst customer service experience I have had.
I LOVE this site. I have ordered from them a few times and each time the gift arrived when they said it would, and the quality was great. I do see a few negative reviews recently with regard to shipping. Please remember that this is Covid times, and I feel like everything is delayed. We need to cut businesses a little bit of slack right now. I think this company is amazing!
I ordered Valentine's Day cards on February 6th. Estimated shipping time 3-5 days, no problem. By Valentine's Day, they still hadn't arrived, so I had to scramble and buy my wife whatever leftover bad cards remained in the scraps at a nearby store at 4pm on Valentines Day. (BTW, I bought my kids' cards from a different vendor (PaperSource) on the same day as AlwaysFits, and the Paper Source cards arrived on Feb.10). Mistakes happen, but the reason for the one-star review is customer service. They won't refund my order. They replied, after two emails, that "sometimes orders arrive a bit later than expected," And if it didn't arrive by several days AFTER valentines day, they would "Look into this further". The order never came, and I never heard further from them. Don't use this company.
EDIT: On Feb.21, after my fourth attempt and a few one-star reviews, they refunded the order - "because it didn't arrive by 2/17" - repeating their "sometimes packages arrive later than expected" policy. Bottom line - 99% of companies would automatically refund a missed holiday order that had been guaranteed to arrive before the holiday.
Ordered a bunch of gifts for my family for Christmas. Was told shipping would be 7-10 days... packages still haven't even been shipped 3 weeks later. They keep blaming it on covid but I've received everything else I ordered from everyone else... even things I ordered last week. These are gifts for my family that I have to ship

We knew that our small warehouse could not handle the holiday spike while keeping employees safe, so we hired an outside warehouse. They did not live up to their promises or their contractual obligations. :( We are just 8 women in an office in Massachusetts, and we couldn't throw millions of dollars at the problem like perhaps Amazon could. We wish we could have provided you with a better experience. We are rapidly making decisions that will change the way our orders are fulfilled in 2021, and it is our vow to never let this happen again.
I ordered a witty oven mitt and some socks for my husband from this company and absolutely loved the products and the service was great too. Shipping was the expected amount of time (especially since we are in a global pandemic) and the product quality was top notch. I will buy again for sure! Also, for the record, my husband loved his gifts.

I had a wonderful experience with Always Fits--I ordered the sponge birds that sit on a perch and they are really good quality and even cuter in person! Also, I wasn't sure if the package had shipped yet (USPS was chaos this holiday season) so I contacted Always Fits and asked when I might expect to receive my package and they got back to me immediately and were super helpful! There are so many fun, unique things on this site and I will absolutely be back to find more birthday and Christmas gifts soon. :)
This company is the COOLEST one you will ever come in contact with. Seriously. They have taken a page STRAIGHT out of Tony Hsieh's book on customer relations - not only do they have quality products at a reasonable price, you can normally score a coupon and you can communicate DIRECTLY to the CEO. Tell me the last time you got Fred Smith on the line because your FedEx package was late?! I'm waiting... Yeah. Thought so. Their products also help this Xennial take a trip down memory lane and it's great for Gen Z'ers as well! Good luck bridging that gap! If you're looking for a high-quality product at a decent price, look no further!
Such a pretty, colorful site. I spent $78 and I got like 11 things: how is that possible? Prices are so reasonable! I got a watermelon baggu and so many other cute gifts for my sisters I had never seen before. I picked slow shipping but got it in 3 days. Couldn't be happier.
I saw their ads and so I googled them. Then I saw the dude that reviewed them on this site right before me was a butthurt toolbag that doesn't like feminists, so i knew i would love AlwaysFits.com!
