I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars because Yaros reached out to me promptly and went above and beyond to offer me a partial refund. That is commendable. To anyone looking to do dropshipping business, ask adequate questions before signing up.

You will hardly make enough to cover your expenses and operating costs for marketing/advertising, managing sales and covering your office hours. No one tells you this from the word go. Please save yourself the heartache and loss of money.

I now come to the close of the year, I purchased Alidropship's most expensive package back in the mid summer and to this day it does NOT work. The owner of Alidropship refuses to respond to my complaints in fact he (the owner) has shut down my reviews on other sites, he is trying to silence the truth. I will not stop talking about it, I will keep updating people so they do not have to spend their hard earned money on a scam as I did. It is too late for me but not for you. You have not yet spent your hard earned money. I have nothing to gain from this unlike the owner who continues to try and block the truth. Beware of the flawless reviews. Things are not always what they appear to be...

Terrible service, the worst customer experience you can get, no real support, they just ask you to send you screenshots dozens of times and do not try to deal with problems at all.
And there are lots of problems, lots!

Part 1)

Purchased the plugin about 1 week ago - The "Import directly from Aliexpress" feature it is not working (just the extra one where you can only import from their selection of products) - emailed support & reached out via FB, twice, still no answer regarding my issue - They are never available on the live chat (when they are not in office I can see the chat but can only email them and when they are in office they are unavailable due to large number of requests) - Far from the #1 solution

Part 2)

They eventually replied and told me they have fixed the issue - In reality, the problem is still there - tool is not working but they have ruined my website.

Asked for a refund, I don't think I will get one - if you look closely to the Facebook reviews, many are fake accounts. Will report this "business" everywhere.

Avoid if you don't need trouble ;)

I wont recommend this if you are dealing in non US$ currency because they simply dont have function to report on non US$ currencies. For the reporting purpose you will have to manually input your cost and sales price in an Excel sheet to know your profit which is very hectic if you are dealing in volumes.
When asked when will they have other currencies supported I was told it may take months. Before paying for their services I asked several time if it supports US$ in all aspect for which I was told 'Yes' but it was a lie.

I went and got a custom site cause I wanted 500 items and have a lot of marketing. My site Dogandcatrewards.com I started it cause it is a big niche market and I own some pets. I love the concept, quality of products is very good. They say you get what you pay for but they do have great value in this part. I did like that.

Here is where the problem was I wanted sellvia but it does not work on custom sites so it got turned off so 1-3 day Shipping went away and turned into 24 day shipping. No one ever said that was the turn time. I know it is coming from china but that is INSANE. I got 1 Sale in over 1 month I had over 1K clicks and average visit of 2.55 Minutes. Products didn't stop people it was the Horrible shipping.

Second on the only order this is a dropshipping company and all automated it for some reason shipped to me and I had to ship it to my customer. I spent over 2800 USD on this site. The entire setup crew was amazing but the lack of telling customers that they were dropshipping it to you and also that they had to wait 24 days is unreasonable. Funny thing is that I put my profit margins to 50% or less in some cases. I had several items on Microsoft edge Listed as best on the web when I set it up. This store should have shined but everything about shipping is a joke.

Dropshipping is still very much alive and is indeed a real opportunity to earn money online and be an entrepreneur without the need for an office, warehouse or complex operational processes. Even if I don't achieve great success, I'll still be able to earn enough to cover my utility bills. I want to emphasize that any extra income is valuable, especially when you're essentially generating it out of thin air. So, this is my plan and I'm all in.

AliDropship is like a part of the world's dropshipping story. When I first got interested in this during the pandemic, I often came across their videos on YouTube, read their blog articles, and saw their brand mentioned on dropshipping forums. So when I finally decided to give it a try, I turned to them. If it weren't for Mike and Volodya, I definitely wouldn't have made it through all this! In the summer of 2023, I decided to take the easiest route and buy a plugin to upgrade my old WordPress store. Very user friendly and functional stores. But what I like even more than the stores themselves is that the marketing services the team provides. This is a tremendous help and support because buying a store is one thing but learning how to promote it is crucial. I purchased the marketing pack, which I also recommend to everyone else because, as usual buying in bulk is cheaper and so are the services. If you're not an experienced online marketer, this is a pretty good option. Highly recommended.

A solid offer for those wanting to start earning online. I love that I don't have to build a store from scratch with just a plugin (though that option exists for experts). Instead, I can get a ready-made store with products (with niche options to choose from). Everything's simple and quick, the store's price is reasonable given it's a one-time payment. I prefer a one-time fee over monthly subscriptions. So far, I'm pleased.
