I ordered on Aug 8th. It's been 24 days and my items still haven't shipped. Customer service only gives copy and paste answers. They refuse to give me a refund or my items. I will NEVER use this company again.
I originally ordered two items from this store both amounting to around 18 dollars. Consisting of a 15$ item and a 3$ item I threw in just because i was already ordering. Low and behold i got an email saying that the 15$ item was out of stock and i would still have to pay the full shipping fee of the 3$ item. Without giving me a chance to cancel the order because they decided to ship it straight away. After trying to reach out to customer service from Aeropostale I was told there was nothing that they could do. I'm just confused why there was no confirmation required from my side to carry on with the order.
Offers great quality clothing for affordable prices. Website is easy to navigate. Online deals are offered routinely. Shipping is fast and hassle free. Clothing itself is of excellent quality and stylish. Review would be five stars however I received some jeans that smell like sulfur. Washing and drying them does nothing but make your other clothes smell like sulfur. Other than that no complaints!

Aeropostale is known for its trendy clothing, great prices, and popularity among the younger generation. Today I will be doing a review on this popular chain store, & I will be covering everything from prices, shipping, and quality!
Prices: As far as prices go, Aeropostale can be inexpensive to moderately priced. You can get a t-shirt from Aeropostale for $10-$15, while shoes can range anywhere from $28-$50 (roughly)
Shipping: Buying 1 t-shirt can add up to $7 in shipping. This may not be too bad, but I still feel it is a little steep considering other businesses shipping rates. However, Aeropostale does have deals that can make free shipping possible; such as spending $100 to get free shipping.
Quality: The quality of Aeropostale's clothing is usually just about average to above average. I have jackets that I purchased at Aeropostale from over 4 years ago that are still in great condition, and I still wear them to this day. However, I have noticed that the t-shirts and cami's are often made from very thin material. The quality ranges from the iteams.
My own personal experience: Aeropostale has always been one of my favorite places to shop, but I have started to fall away from them as I am not a fan of the materials made with their cami's and t-shirts. I would probably repurchase from there, though I have noticed an increase in there prices as they have new clothing lines coming out. I am more than likely going to purchase from shops with lower prices and lower shipping fees.
This site has very affordable clothing. Their items are cute. The customer service could use some improvement.
Aeropostale is like a cheaper Hollister, and I feel like it's more popular amongst young Latin Americans or Europeans, though I could be wrong. I've bought a couple things from aeropostale.com for nieces - honestly Asian families are so big that buying gifts on Christmas isn't easy or cheap. One of the last orders I made was much more of a hassle than necessary (especially for a couple of cheap t-shirts). One of the shirts came defective, and there was a mix-up in the orders. Shipping back would have been on me so I just bit the bullet and took it.
Worked here, hated it. Everyone was so judgmental and rude, the only reason their nice to you is because they have to be. They will talk about you right in front in your face! I'm not saying that every Aeropostale store is like this. Just the one in Barstow, CA at the Outlets of Barstow.
It literally says on the site to order by noon 12/15 to get by 12/24 but has yet to ship. Instead I received an email stating I can get $10 off an order of $40 due to delays. Oh boy $10 for the total waste of time and money I spent and have to go get gifts for my daughter elsewhere then turn around and return all of this when it finally makes it. How do they know I'm not spending my last dollars! I asked if I could pick the order up in store she told me I NEED to wait and no I cannot then proceeded to keep trying to end the conversation with no remedy at all.

Please do not review if you are affiliated or have a conflict of interest with this website. Ordered on a 50% off clearance. The order did not get placed but the money was held on my card. After waiting 8 days for the release the manager gave me the 50% off for "failed attempt" just had to choose the items and call it in. Did that the items online did not match their computer (there's was more) so the Rep was fixing the prices and supposedly giving me the 50% off. Well she charged me full price with the higher pricing and stated I'd get a credit in 3-5 business days. Well 4 phone calls and a week later nothing but a promise a manager would call back. That was 4 days ago. Never again.
WOW, WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. Ordered 4 items, used my $50 gift card and remaining balance on my credit card. When i submit my order it says 3 items no longer avail. But the order for the 1 item went through anyway; didn't even give me the chance to review or cancel. So i attempt to cancel online but can't pull up my order. Called c. S. and they can't help me either and that i should keep trying; it's been almost two hours. The worst part, out of curiosity i inquire about the balance on my gift card and it says zero. How's that possible? The 1 item was nowhere near $50. I was told to call back the next day cause they can't do anything for me until then. Called the next day and they finally said that it was their system error and they had received numerous complaints from other customers regarding the same gift card issues. Yet, they can't credit my balance until several days from now. In short, they can't help me cancel my order but they can deplete my entire gift card.
I went in to the location at Woodland Hills mall to buy some tshirts and asked about the return policy since we can't try them on right now. Alana, not sure on spelling, told me that returning items takes away from everyone else because they can't go back out for sale for 3 weeks. I said it's not my fault I can't try them on before leaving the store and I didn't appreciate her telling me that I was being inconsiderate if I returned anything and she told me I'm just letting you know that if you return anything you're taking away from other customers. Then the whole time I was shopping her and the other employee were just whispering and laughing and staring. They were extremely rude and showed no interest in helping their customers
I used to shop a lot at their stores. I loved the quality of their clothes and they would last me years. For the past few years, their quality has gone down the drain. Their fleece pieces are so thin, and after wearing and washing once, the items start pilling and looking overly worn. I'm very disappointed at their quality and would not recommend. Also, not everyone wants a big logo on their outfit.
Ordered over 100 dollars worth of goods including a buy one get one pair of jeans. I recieved three items after waiting for 2 weeks. I had to repetitively ask by email and phone the status and what what will and won't be sent. I did receive an expired discount code for my troubles.
Ordered pants online.pants did not fit.called store 35 miles away said to bring them in and I could swap them out. Got there only to be told I could not swap then that I had to mail them.called customer service and they had the nerve to tell me they were charging g me 8.00 in shipping tyo return them after I drove 70 miles wasting my gas and time. It will be a cold day in hell before I shop with these smart $#*! customer service or these crooked people that own this co.pany. What a damn ripoff. Save your money and go to old navy...rue 21. Khols or somewhere that has a little more respect and appreciation for their custers. I clearly ordered a product on Monday to have a two day ship. Meaning I should have it clearly by Friday and I'm not gonna receive it until Monday the following week that is more than a two day ship. I called the customer service and they are rude and she don't give a crap about your feelings or your needs!
I went to Aeropostale and I found something very kewt and instantly fell in love. Not to mention they played my favorite song! Could this store get any better? The answer is no because my experience was so great that I will always go back there because they play the best music and have very stylish clothing. I would definitely recommend to anyone in my family including my dog. She like to be fashionable.
I ordered 2 items on dec. 15 and i paid for 2 day priority delivery just to make sure that i will receive them on time for christmas because that would make a nice gift for a niece but unfortunately Christmas passed and haven't received it so i called the customer service but sad to say the only option they can give me is a refund which is so unfair because of the time i spent for waiting too long when in fact that was all their fault for not sending it. And all they can say is the items were not available anymore but clearly when i ordered it, it says IN STOCK! So ridiculous I ain't gonna buy on this site no more!
Their Online ordering is the worst. The number one worst. They always have issues. I've spent the last two days s couple hours each day trying to order a Winter Jacket Online. It doesn't go through. Just keeps jumping back to the beginning of the order. ALWSYS have problems. Don't even want to shop with them anymore. Their delivery service is very slow as well. As a company, Get it together.
I placed an order on aeropostale website on August 16th and it has not been shipped as yet. I spoke with the supervisor Alberto who was very rude and refused to help. I asked to have my order cancel since they do not know when it will be shipped he said it cannot be cancel. The representatives of Aero is very rude and it comes from management. They need to take a look at the last few reviews, people are upset and annoyed. Its 2 weeks and they can't give you any answer besides they are experiencing delays. They need to put it in red or bold when customers are placing their orders they are experiencing severe delays.
