Great so far second time buying first was great hope this will be the same.

My second order was damaged. Now I am dealing with getting it replaced.not going to well.
It's taking to long. I paid extra to insure my purchase in case of damage so one would think this
Would be an easy task. Not so still waiting.

I need this part, but it seems you really cant commit to a shipping time. I could pay for expedited shipping but there's no guarantee that will happen. I guess all I can do is order it and cross my fingers I get it in time for vacation.It sounds like the company is too big to give good guaranteed service.

Had a little trouble finding where to go to find the part I needed, but I'm 73 years old------enough said. :) We received this part way ahead of the time we were told to expect it. It's the right part needed for our fridge--------we will definitely use Adventure RV again.

Was fast and easy now lets see what i get in the mail hope it works got it very fast brand new boxed and shipped well very happy with this company great service and 75.00 less then here at my home rv dealer even with shipping it was cheaper

Shopping for an air filter on Amazon I was shocked at how expensive they were so after doing a quick internet search I found this site where they were about 1/4 the price so I bought 3 plus a new grill cover for less than what Amazon wanted for just one filter. Quick service too, delivered within a few days. This will be my go to source for anything RV related.

Site not user friendly (I was using an iPad). Took much longer than it should have to add stuff to cart... It was a guessing game trying to figure it out. Checking shipping cost. Not easy (no directions) on how to get back. I order items off Amazon, eBay, Auto parts online stores all the time. I had to give the iPad to my wife for her to figure it out.

The shopping experience was easy on line. The shipping rate and service was good, but the packing of the product was very poorly done which caused damage to one of the gallon cans that was purchased. I have checked the contents and it appears to be fine. There was no leakage from the can. The box that my items were shipped in only had 3 pieces of packing tape holding the top closed.

Well I just placed the order but one thing I can say is you had the best price compared to everybody else. Ok...update/ I received my hot water tank a couple days ago, it showed up pretty quick. I haven't tried to install it yet but it appears to be the right one and looks good. I will definitely order again. Thanks!

Best price I could find. First time buyer but hope to be back for similar savings. Hope delivery time is not too long a wait and I will update my experience after part arrives.

UPDATE: Delivery was faster than I expected and the packaging was very sturdy although there was a hole in one end of the shipping box but that was probably due to those transporting it.

Easy to find my item and good shipping rates. The product arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as advertised on the website. I am very satisfied with this Adventurerv.net transaction and will use them in the future as opportunities arise.

I received my order faster than I even expected so I would highly recommend this company, however the only disappointing part was the expensive delivery charge. Paying over double what the price of the item was, is a bit extreme, but needed this item immediately, and they delivered!

We were having issues with our water heater. I called the water heater manufacturer, two RV dealers, and an independent RV repair shop. No one could seem to help us, so my husband found the parts he thought would fix the issue from this website. Order arrived very quickly. He was able to fix the issue and we're happy we did business with them.

The ordering process was simple and delivery was suppose to be between 5 and 11 days. Received the shipment in three days of placing the order. Have not yet installed the air conditioner but it arrived in good condition on a small wood skid, packaged in cardboard around all sides and over the top.

All products shipped arrived, still one item that has not been shipped out of the same order. One item was missing pieces, but was quickly resolved. Would have like to talk to someone about my missing pieces instead of getting a busy signal when i called and having to handle the problem via email.

Item was exactly as described and what we needed. Unfortunately, it was a propane gas water heater, and there was no tech support available for installation...I guess due to liability. Luckily, we have a friend who is a technician, and he was able to get help from the manufacturer (Suburban), but only because he was a technician. They would not help us a just regular customers.
