A Good Job Well Done, I tasked Advansys with redesigning my Babys-Mart website. I was looking for a company that could allow my business to grow, develop and provide a user-friendly CMS.

I researched numerous providers and different platforms to get a shortlist. Following my meeting with Advansys to discuss my requirements I felt confident that the developers and designers could meet my expectations.

Due to the re-sale guidelines some of the brands I deal with require I needed an agency that had the developer talent to do bespoke work for me. So an off the shelf e-commerce solution would never be suitable.

After discussing both the Advansys platform and the Store Express solution it was agreed that I would choose Store Express and add some enhancements. These included an enhanced discounts module, a countdown timer, colour swatches, affiliate marketing and Amazon integration.

After the project was signed off I was assigned an account manager who was excellent. Whenever I had any questions, she was able to promptly respond with good solutions and offer valuable input into the project.

The project was huge with many items being built from scratch to my specifications, plus I took the opportunity to freshen up all my website content, plus assign separate content for affiliates, but once everything was complete I was very happy with the overall design and usability of the back end CMS.

The most important thing for me was the performance, the e-commerce conversion rate of my new website has improved by over 180% from my previous website. This has given me an increased my turnover by 40% and reduced my adspend with Google and affiliates.

Overall I am very happy with the project. So much so I have commissioned Advansys to rebuild one of my other websites which I'm expecting the same fantastic results.

Horrible Horrible people, do not trust this company. They only know how to take money, they do not know how to carry out the job they are supposed to, they are incompetent. Lots of hidden charges.

Advansys is a company I'd recommend. Good CMS and very good customer service – very personable approach too. I've had two ebay store designs and an e-commerce development project with them and couldn't be happier.

Any problems were solved and I felt that they were addressed on time and with maximum care and attention. I couldn't have asked for a better account manager, she was very patient with me and always made complex issues easy by her logic ways of thinking. Advansys would not have had my business if it wasn't for a great customer service executive as the cost of the project could have been cheaper elsewhere but my experience with him during the eBay store design 2 years ago meant that I was confident of a great site when the time came.
