Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able

They were having a buy one get one sale. So I spent around $200 (saving a bunch of money). This order included lingerie and also some active gear which was a black jumper, black cargo leggings, and black biker shorties. I was sent grey leggings and shorties. I was also sent 2 bralettes instead of the panties going with it -_- and it was a set. I have never had that much trouble with Adore Me.

Adoreme has been a breeze to shop with. The sizing charts are accurate and easy to read. Shipping is fairly quick and items well packaged. The quality of the underwear is fantastic. Definitely my preferred place to shop for lingerie.
Overall experience was nice. Being able to pick and choose your pieces. However most sizes for plus size were out of stock and limited choices were available.
Only 2 or 3 choices in my size, month after month, I am a 36G
Comfortable bras and undies at an affordable price that is a true to size!
I like the styles of the products but often find the same size to not be consistent in fit. Very frustrating

I had so much fun going through r all the unique designs and patterns of all their products. I was highly satisfied with the speed at which they were delivered and everything is so affordable and sexy!

Products were great. Delivery is always delayed for some reason.
Placed a large order, got an email the next day that it was cancelled. I called to ask why it was cancelled (it had some gifts in it) and the woman (named Alex) said that she was surprised the system let me order that much because it can only process 10 items at a time. She said I would need to go in and reorder each item in two different purchases. I asked if I could at least get expedited shipping for the Christmas gifts and she rudely refused.
I called again and spoke with a guy, I explained the situation and said I'd like to cancel my membership because that experience sucked, he said he would have a supervisor call me. I never got a return call.
I ended up ordering gifts from another business and spent the money I had, making sure I didn't have more than 10 items in an order. I canceled my membership after that.
You make ordering very easy, my order always comes quickly, and im always satisfied with the quality and fit!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
