Every time I order, the sets fit great. I am surprised because when I try the same size on in another brand they don't.

I love your product selection and was super excited to try some pieces because I am getting married. I am a larger plus size woman and I am usually a 26/28 in most brands and styles. There's not much out there for lingerie in my size except Torrid and Lane Bryant, and neither currently has the type of items I was looking for. So I scoured the internet and I saw they carry your brand at Macys and according to your size chart I thought the 4x pieces would mostly fit me. The reviews also made think you cut things more generously but it's not the case. The corset didn't come remotely close to.fitting me even when I let the laces out all the way. I plan to get a big spool of ribbon and try to add length to see if I can make it work but the little cups are so tiny it's going to look ridiculous most likely. Not all women have implants people. Then the blue nightie will probably fit because it's stretchy but again the underwires are comically small. No woman who is a 4x has boob's that close together. The robe did fit. I purposely read the size chart, reviews, and ordered stretchy pieces but it was kind of a huge disappointment. Please neither improve your fit or stop saying you fit up to a 4x 26/28 because you do not.

I had an issue and I was immediately offered a credit to exchange my bra/panty set!
These run true to size for most part, padding in any bra will require more room, for instance…these are well made and always comfy and the bonus is im sexy cute too

I did receive the order that you guys are asking about however I ordered the wrong size for two of the items. I do not have the bag to send back my order and receive the correct size, how should I proceed.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
