I fell deeply in love with your green shirt dress, and hummed and harder as I do. Then I couldn't get the image out of my head the following day. I thought comfort, Style, Blink! And off course Christmas.
So I purchased the item and am waiting and hoping it will live up to expectations and fit me.

Bought a pair of board shorts. They fit like long pants, down to my ankles. Size charts are way off target. Asked for refund. They don't send return label. Shipping to send it back costs more than the item. No credit, no refund,no exchange! This company is horrible! Buy at your own risk!
Shipment of tomes takes forever and comes in several different shipments. Communication from odor is terrible. Sizing is way off. Many of the dresses/ products were very cheaply made.
Then the return process is a nightmare. I think they are trying to have you give up and keep the order.
Also, after stating why I wanted to return the items, I was asked if I would like token them for a 60% discount. Why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit or is garbage that I would never wear?
I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

I ordered an item which when it arrived looked nothing like the advert, the quality was very poor. I have contacted customer service with a ticket for return 3 times with no success. I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this company. Do not part with your money you will never see a refund. Does not even qualify for one star.
Picture shows its a good quality and perfect fit. Each dress not even worth for $1, it looks like they are getting the cloths from the street side and selling them for $30. If you want to return the item you need to send them to their warehouse in ASIA and you need to pay for the return label. And also they process the refund within 4-6 weeks after they receive the item. They know that sending the item to any asian country is so expensive and sometimes shipment never receives the destination. They are using that tactic. Please don't waste your money because each dress is not even worth for a $1.
I ordered Three dresses and a top. I am 5"3 and the dresses that are ankle length in pictures have to be altered. Two of the dresses looked like there picture and I am happy. The other dress looks nothing like what I ordered. The top is off the shoulder, but elastic is very tight,also in the sleeves of one dress. Sizing is good. I ordered medium and I am 5"3 and 137 lbs.
I did not try and return anything I did not like,as reviews are terrible.
I have recently received my Ador order. Nothing wrong with the outfit, except it doesn't fit. So I have tried to send 3 emails to the company so far to get it exchanged. Their webwsite is horrendous as it reverts back to the order page, where (unbelievably) my order is not on it. Yes, I have received it, but shouldn't it still be accessible (in my account) online to go ahead with the exchange? Nor do they accept PDF proof of payment through Paypal. I'm wondering if the site is legit as none of my emails are getting through either through *******@ador.com or *******@ador.com - maybe this company needs further investigating.

I ordered 5 shirts after seeing an add and the price was right (under 20 a shirt including delivery). They arrived about 2c weeks after payment (sooner than I expected) and are okay.
They arent as nice as depicted in the add, but I've seen worse. Basically you get what you pay for. These are very mediocre quality and I doubt they will last even a month, but they look okay and at least they arrived.
Everything seems fine so far. I haven't received the order yet, but it's asking me to write a review.

Answer: I don't believe companies in China have an understanding of customer service. It's a difficult lesson to learn.
Answer: VERY DIFFICULT --- they don't have email and their sytem for service tickets doesn't work.
Answer: Placing an order is not the issue. Contacting their customer service to get resolution to a problem is. They don't have email. They ask that you send a service ticket, but that system does not work.
