I recently made a purchase from Ador, hoping to find high-quality items for a special occasion. However, my experience has been incredibly disappointing on multiple fronts.
The products I received were nothing like the descriptions on the website. Not only were they made from poor-quality materials, but they were also inaccurately sized despite following their provided sizing chart. The items were unfit for purpose, especially considering they were intended as Christmas presents.
When I reached out to customer service for a refund, I was met with a cumbersome return process. Instead of acknowledging the substandard quality and inconvenience caused, I was asked to cover the return costs to their warehouse in China. This approach not only added to the frustration but also highlighted the lack of responsibility for their misleading product descriptions and poor quality control.
Furthermore, the return process proposed by their customer service team was time-consuming and impractical, given the approaching festive season.
I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider purchasing from Ador, as the discrepancy between advertised product quality and reality is vast. Moreover, the customer service's handling of the situation lacked empathy and a proactive solution for the inconvenience caused to customers.
In summary, my experience with Ador has been thoroughly disappointing, from the misleading product descriptions to the unsatisfactory customer service. The clothes are NOT as advertised and NOT as described, lead times are NOT as advertised. The return policies of Ador are a JOKE and this company should be shut down!
After receiving all items 45 days after the date they quoted for delivery. I inspected all items and quickly identified they were not as described. The quality of everything was awful! Everything from incomplete stitching, threads hanging out everywhere, low quality fabrics, mismatched colors and stains. I tried to return everything and their customer service dept. required me to measure each piece of clothing, photograph it and explain their incompetence and incorrectness for each piece of clothing. I even had to show them how they incorrectly advertised each item.
Ador makes the buyer pay for shipping from USA to China prior to providing a refund! This is so they can avoid giving you a refund because shipping from USA to China takes like 2 months. On top of that they require you to photograph receipts of shipping and then FAILED to provide a refund. If I could give 0 rating, I would and I will post this review EVERYWHERE - because this company SUCKS!
Utter toilet. Chinese scammers. Sizing is all wrong, took 17 days to arrive, you try and return but they make you pay for postage to China.

Answer: I don't believe companies in China have an understanding of customer service. It's a difficult lesson to learn.
Answer: VERY DIFFICULT --- they don't have email and their sytem for service tickets doesn't work.
Answer: Placing an order is not the issue. Contacting their customer service to get resolution to a problem is. They don't have email. They ask that you send a service ticket, but that system does not work.
