Not good

I tried the free trial and it didn't work out for me, I tried logging in to my account on the website and on the app and on neither am I able to cancel my subscription. It says my email does not exist and yet I am receiving emails from Able. How does that make sense? So since I was not able to cancel I was charged $35 for this service that I never ended up using.

I approved a payment of $4 and then $40 was also taken out of my account without my knowledge, the support team said it was non refundable, an absolute scam! Not worth it at all for the app as it's just stuff you can find online for free! Wouldn't recommend and have warned people of Able.

Very displeased
June 13, 2024

I downloaded the app to try and eat healthier but upon making my account and choosing one of the cheaper options since I was low on money. However despite me specifically picking to continue with the trial and not pay for the month it still charged me regardless. On top of that I was not able to log into my account with the email I had signed up with even with the format suggestions on the help sight. I was able to cancel my account after emailing them and there have been no further transactions thankfully.

Worst app I've ever dealt with

The audacity you have to ask for a review should be a case study in Business schools. You as a company are nothing short of a scam. You have confusing check out on your portal and it's outrageous how you are taking people's money without their consent.

Fraud fraud fraud

This company is fraud, bloody cheaters.
Don't give them your credit card details, they will show on screen that trial offer is of X$ and will deduct 10X of that amount. Cs service executives are trained to say sorry we cann't refund.

Bloody Cheaters. I had to close my CC and ask my bank to block their transations.

AI chat cancelled my account
June 8, 2024

I was overcharged for the trial week and went to the chat to ask for a credit for the $20 over charge. I was told that I could not get a credit. A few hours later when I went to log my lunch, I could not log in, the system did not recognize my email or my password. I was locked out.
