Hi apparently i got some trouble with my backup. What is the download link for abledating 2.4? Also, I seen that your new script support apple app? Did the fonction of seen other user on map work now? Did you new script support most recent php then 5.3(maybe 7)? If I deceide to upgrade after got some user, I will be able to migrate user? Did my current template can migrate to the new script?

Support is supose to life garenti independant of the review. If the tech that answer me first get nice with me you will not get these review. But if you give me good support and make me happy, and garentie that you have talk with the employe that made me made, then I can think of removing them.

Did you really want to do business with that... They can't block competition anyway so... contact me and I can suggest you some free script that you can use and get better support. Something that a competitor will no do... I don't tell you do not do business with them... it's up to you after all...

I've created everything from basic social networks for communities all the way to large networks for schools and global communities. If you don't have a background in these fields, Chameleon is a great alternative. Basically, Chameleon is an all-in-one solution that allows you to easily build moderate to advanced social networks. Chameleon itself is both a social network script (the code) and an easy to use admin panel (or backend). I've built sites with Chameleon and I actually prefer it for most types of projects over coding my own, as I can spring up sites a lot faster with Chameleon.

I've worked with both Chameleon and many other related social network scripts, and I can easily say that you get the most bang for your buck with Chameleon. You get a lot for a low price. One thing a lot of sellers do is sell you the basic script and charge you for modules. With Chameleon, you get eveyrthing in one payment. You also get access to all the code, which means you can modify it or hire someone to do it rather than having some of it locked up. Everything can be customized, including colors and wording. Updates occur about twice a month. You also get mobile apps with the package, rather than having to code your own. They also have decent support. Email is usually answered within hours and they also offer phone support.

Overall, if you're looking to build a social network, Chameleon is a great choice. It's easy to use and has everything you need. The only complain I have is you get only one domain per license. So if you want to use it on multiple domains, you have to buy another license. But it's already very cheap, so it only makes sense. If you plan on only developing a single site, then this is perfect for that reason, as you only have to purchase a single license for everything. You'll be able to make moderate to complex networks with this script. It's not for a simple site, as it's loaded with features. However, you can always edit the code or get a freelancer to do it for you. You can pretty much build sites similar to the leading social networks with Chameleon. Highly recommended.

Excellent script, Chameleon. Great for beginners or advanced users to make sites easily and readily. If you need help setting up a domain or logo, they also offer that for you as well. The script and service is geared towards beginners so it makes the whole process very user friendly. Try asking their support if you have any questions. You'll likely be impressed. Solid.

I remember back in the old days when BBS's ruled. One product stood out, and that was what became WorldGroup, a true multi-user web site engine capable of up to 255 users at a time, and had every feature under the sun that even today is considered "new" in the web and facebook world. Since then (mid 90s), all these web scripts that have come about have proven to basically be a bunch of junk by way of comparison, mostly because of the crappy, unstable, convoluted, "use the force" installations required by these junkware LAMP stacks they all sit on – every single one of them.
But one thing needs to be said about the whole dating script industry:
Through my research, I have come to know that Chameleon Script is pretty much the only vendor out there who isn't slamming all the competition with a bunch of lies. I'm finding it very disturbing that nearly every dating software vendor out there that I've investigated is nothing more than a bunch of juvenile PHP script hacks, evidenced by how none of them have anything good to say about their competition in the desperate attempt at generating business for themselves. It's sad to see the dating software industry is replete with liars and con artists who fill their own web sites with fake testimonials about their own software, but that's the way it is – and it just sucks to be someone wanting to create a great web site, because you have to wade through all of this crap.
So far, Chameleon Dating Software is the only vendor I've seen who doesn't engage in this practice, and earns its keep. I've been doing lots of research on which products are out there, which ones have good support. I hate all of them. But Chameleon, to me, is the only one that puts the two together in one single acceptable standalone package. This is critical to me, because I own my own dedicated servers. Chameleon is, in my opinion, the only real choice I have simply due to the fact that I will be getting the support that is advertized and they've been around long enough for all the major bugs to be worked out. Perfect? Probably not, an unrealistic expectation. But certainly the lesser of all evils in the industry, which will just have to do.
Based on all my findings, I will soon be purchasing Chameleon again, but I do so wishing there was even better out there because I've been spoiled with much better in the past in my BBS days. Chameleon will have to do until I find the time to crank up my dev studio products and write my own complete, inclusive, dedicated, compiled, double-click self-installable dating web site product that doesn't have to sit on all this weak, unstable, out-of-control LAMP stack junkware.
Why do I write in such a serious manner? Because I'm serious about my online presence, and I hate trusting it to inferior products and technologies, especially when it's all that is available out there.

After doing quite a bit of research I decided to purchase Chameleon Dating late last night.
Given all the positive press on this product I thought it might be interesting to contribute to this blog by providing a blow-by-blow update on the purchased, installation and use of Chameleon Dating Software.
I'm not a developer and have no desire to become one. I'm a business person. I don't have the skill set or time to be modifying code in scripts. I need a dating script that's feature rich and easy to use after the initial learning curve. I'm willing to spend the time up front to learn the fundamentals. My point is I understand there are no silver bullets and there will be a learning curve.
Nearly all the websites I run use WordPress. I primarily create informational sites for niche markets. WordPress is an obvious great fit for me because I can have a website up and running from domain purchase to full functionality within 24 hours normally.
I use GoDaddy for my domain name purchases and Host Gator as my hosting provider. My hosting account with host gator allows me to create and manage all of my websites in one place.
I use a product called Market Samurai for my niche market keyword research. I also use a WordPress development framework called PageLines.
It's a drag-and-drop environment for WordPress which helps me build sites using drag-and-drop functionality. I can't say enough good things about PageLines. If there're other WordPress users out there you should check this product out.
Initially I was hoping to find a WordPress dating plug-in and simply create a new WordPress site. Unfortunately there was only one viable plug-in for dating that I could find from a company called Dating Solutions.
I purchased their dating plug-in and after playing around with it the for a week I decided it just simply didn't meet my requirements. It's extremely bare-bones from a functionality perspective and the UI is frankly terrible.
At that point I decided to abandon a WordPress approach and go with the professional dating site software script. I won't spend much time on all the options that were available but suffice it to say at one point my head felt like it was going to spin off into outer-space.
I narrowed my search down to three products. Chameleon Dating Software was by far the most expensive but also very feature-rich. There were two factors that led to my final decision to purchase. I watched all the Chameleon Dating Software training videos on YouTube and was very impressed with what I saw from a functionality perspective.
I would go so far as to say that in my case the negative reviewers comments, which I believe to be mostly unfounded and/or false, had the opposite effect of what was intended.
So on to my purchase. I placed my order late in the evening yesterday. However, before doing that I decided to go ahead and secure my hosting. I decided not to use my Host Gator account but rather use one of their recommended hosting providers. I chose Arvixe.
Setting up hosting services with Arvixe was pretty straightforward and only took a few minutes. They're hosting fees are very low.
I chose them primarily because they were recommended by Chameleon Dating and as such there shouldn't be be any difficulty from a server configuration and script installation perspective.
After setting up hosting and receiving my DNS server names from Arivxe I logged into Go Daddy and pointed the DNS server for my domain to the correct location.
I then placed my order with Chameleon. I purchased both the dating script and the mobile script. (Just as a side note I'm a huge believer that if you don't have some sort of mobile approach to serving content to your customers you're going to be left behind.).
I received an email almost immediately from the Chameleon Dating support support team requesting I confirm my purchase which I did.
I then received an email questionnaire required to do the installation and setup. By accident I had initiated a chat session with their support team. This actually turned out quite beneficial as I was able to ask a number of questions via chat as we were exchanging emails back and forth on the set up. This exchange ended around 1 AM eastern. My initial impression of Chameleon Dating Software support was quite positive.
On the questionnaire I had indicated Chameleon Dating do the install. At approximately 1:30 AM Eastern time I received an email from support indicating there was a problem with my server set up and that they would like me to request the hosting provider move my account to a different server.
The Chameleon support rep and the Arivex support rep had apparently chatted online and agreed to this course of action. Unfortunately the request to move my account had to be initiated by me personally. I didn't see the request until 6:30 AM Eastern this morning at which time I sent an email requesting a change as requested.
So far so good!
