Love the products only complaint is the shipping takes a long time 2 weeks for me I live in NJ. All the products are excellent

This drink is okay. It takes getting used to the chalky texture. Overall love the different options and flavors.
Would be nice to have this be a little thicker.
Would buy again.

It took a while to arrive and can be gritty, but all in all, I like it so far. Hopefully, it will do what I am expecting so I can order again.

Horrible. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive.
Once arrived, they sent the wrong shake.
Took almost 2 weeks again for the replacement
Customer service rep Chamirra emailed me talking to me like I'm a child.

Extremely displeased, and then they sent me 2 scoops of the item I originally ordered as a gift. LAUGHABLE.

Horrible experience

I love this company. I've lost 19 pounds since April 2017 due to clean eating, exercising and having two shakes a day. My favorite shake flavors are whey vanilla, strawberry and salted caramel. I also love the juice, lemonade and tea. The peach tea is really good.

Delivery was one week late and not what I ordered. I ordered 310 shake and received 310 whey. When I called in to complain they said the whey Includes soy and dairy! I am allergic now to Soy and Dairy so I ended up giving the shipment away and feeling very disappointed and cheated! I went to Sams Club and purchased some meall replacement products at a much cheaper price!

Came in time, chocolate is ok, gritty at times! Will order again, have felt good this week 3 shakes down!

I love the chocolate not losing alot of weight but feel I am losing inches. It is not that hard to stay on the program. I love the taste, the other 310 shake I like is the strawberry, but my favorite is the chocolate

Hoping & praying the vitamins, metaboost, 310 thin & the raspberry lemonade all together really help & encourage me to eat less & healthier, get more exercise, or just up of couch since I can't work anymore. Will check in later date to say how it is working for me. Thank you. God Bless.

Im on a limited income and it allowed me a chance to obtain this product and try it. Only one thing I am allergic to lemon need. Other choices for people like me. Thank you.

I got my order a few days before it was supposed to be delivered. I discovered a delicious chocolate cheesecake recipe. I'll def order more chocolate!

I was unpleasantly informed I would not receive a turquoise shaker I used points I would not have used and ordered when not necessary to receive this shaker. Not pleased regarding this. Not sure of purchasing more

I enjoy the shakes. They work well with diet and exercise. However, their customer service is less than desirable. I had an issue with an order and tried to contact them immediately through messenger, which popped up. They took over 24 hours to answer and then told me they couldn't help, no way to change an order after 24 hours. And yet my order didn't ship for almost a week and a half! Disappointing!

The taste and consistency is not great. I struggle to drink the whole thing and don't look forward to it. I will not reorder the protein and the Blackberry Lemonade is still on the fence. Was really hoping to love it.
