I had ordered the Life Starter Kit and chose Vanilla flavor and 310 Thin as my options. I was impressed with the time frame for delivery, but (not to 310's fault) not impressed with the UPS (Vancouver, Canada) with the extra charge upon delivery. I have used 310 before and I have always thought it was great product and has always curbed my need to eat extra non-needed meals. The only thing that I would suggest is travel size options for boarding planes. Overall great product, always have love the taste!

I just received my sample kit for $9, and I tried it today for the first time chocolate is a very good flavor I would say. Every other shake I found unbearable to drink from other companies and I was surprised when I casually drank the whole recommended portion without having to make a face. I mixed it with water cause I was afraid of it being too thick but it was good and just right not thick was like having a cold chocolate drink with a wafer undertone. I wasn't really a fan of the after taste so I had tons of water after which is great cause I like to increase my water intake when I can. Imma try my strawberry shake sample for dinner. And I love the shake cup I'm defenitely gonna put a order in for shakes.

This was my first time buying from this company. I was very excited to try this brand as I've seen very good reviews about it. My experience has been awful. I placed my order for the chocolate shake and the lemonade packets. It took almost 2 weeks to get to me. When I opened my package I only received the chocolate shake with a shaker and free juice tub. I never received my lemonade that I paid for and said on the invoice. I had to go through customer service which took over an hour. They made me send a picture of my package like they thought I was making up that I didn't receive my lemonade. Juan then told me they would send out my lemonade and I would receive within 3-7 buisness days. Of course I wouldn't get a tracking number. It's now been over the 7 days and I have still yet to receive it. Something I paid for and never received, very frustrating and this company seems like a rip off. If don't receive it by the end of this week I'll figure out something I can do to receive a refund from this company for taking my money and not giving me a product I purchased!

I have been trying for only 2 weeks, trying to work out a system for my self, I just received my bundle purchase of the biggest one that is offered, I was very disappointed that for the amount of money I spent on it, it was just left on my front porch ant there was no way for me to track this large purchase, with my prior purchase I was able to track it. Also, I wish that I could have selected more than one flavor for my 4 bags. So far I like it, love the Chocolate, would like to get some other flavors..

I enjoyed some of the content within the starter kit but not all. I was a little disappointed that my "guide email" on how to use everything came 3 days after the stuff was delivered and the kit was delivered without any honest directions. Since it was my first time using anything like it, I ended up having to do some research of my own in order to use the product, which is fine but again disappointing since it was considered a starter kit I thought it would have more guidance. I am currently not convinced 310 nutrition is as great as people say it is quite yet but I'm still a newbie and will give it a try still.
