These people deserve a NEGATIVE ZERO rating. I ordered a dress for my daughters school Winter dance, and the dress I received looks NOTHINGGGGGG like the dress my daughter and I found and purchased on their website. I wish this review would let me post pictures so you could see the lie they sell to people. Ive emailed over and over and all I get every time is comments like Our tailor saw pictures and dress is pretty? Really? Thats beyond a lie. Not only that, but the zipper is not working properly either. The color turned out orange in color and is NOT at all the dress we ordered. $186 later, I cannot get a refund? Their customer service is absolutely terrible and worthless. The sad thing is that they know they are wrong and they just keep bull crapping all of us good and trusting, hardworking people who pay hard earned money. They should be ashamed of themselves... period. Ive read all of these bad reviews that people have posted (which I wish I had read before I purchased the dress), and its unbelievable that these people are able to stay in business. I also saw underneath the reviews where they were fake and posted these so-called nice comments to those who left negative reviews... and let me tell you... they are not really being kind and have no integrity when they can take your money, make a cheap and fake dress that looks NOTHING like the one that you ordered, not refund your money because of their lies and mistakes, and THEY KNOW IT. Sad. Truly sickens me. They deserve a big, fat ZERO on the rating scale... better yet, like a negative ZERO.

If you are thinking about ordering from this website, DON'T DO IT! BEWARE! RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN! I ordered a dress for my prom and what I received was nothing like what was pictured. The padding in the breast area was horrible, from the waist down was see through, and the bottom of the dress was made with some cheap material that did not resemble the picture. I contacted the costumer service by email and explained in detail what was wrong with the dress and told them that I wanted a full refund. They told me to send it back and when they receive it, they will give me a full refund. I sent it back and they said that they never received it. They are thieves! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! EVER!

Who are still thinking to buy a dress from 27dress.com. DON'T DO IT! And you know why? Apparently the quality is not charged in return policy, that means that, if you will receive a dress with a rough material, they will say,'Well, try to dry it, it will be softer.' It HAS to be soft already! At least, tailor the layer underneath with the material which would be same colour and SMOOTH!
However, even though they write about return policy, it is REALY difficult to get your money back or at least exchange the dress to another. Plus, they are dealing with your problem and answering questions only once each day. That is because they try to reduce your time of shipping it back ( you have7 working days)after you receive the dress.
They are more interested in size minors than in quality of a dress and they will fully pay you back only in one case: if you will prove that they did a mistake while tailoring your dress.
So, if you receive a dress with a rough material, it is your FAULT! :)) )

I ordered my dress February 10 th and it's now March 25th and still no dress also, there is no contracting tgem the number is fake and the email is a scam no one will contact you back, ladies please do not trust these people too have your special event dress ready. My prom is luckily May 4th and I have time too get a new one also if you can't get a refund, like me go too your bank and tell them an place randomly took your money and they will handle it. Do not ABSOLUTELY NO TRUSTING THEM.
