Prompt delivery of the first type of mask I tried. When that didn't work for me I was given credit for a different one. Again prompt delivery on the new one which is just great. I'm sleeping so much better!
Suppose to send size Large but instead received Medium size. Unable to claim because item already open up.
Just recently order Large size again and still making the same mistake again. Tried many times to contact Customer service but failed.

I ordered the wrong part, was told the correct part, then ordered it, and was wrong part. Sent back wrong part but will only get credit for once since I opened one package and since it's "medical" I had to open eat opened package. Now the package I sent back has not been found so I'm out over $150 and don't have part I need. Experience is not good.

I recently wanted to try the N30 style cpap mask and cushions, where the tubing is located in the front instead of on top of the head. Ordering was easy, and delivery of the supplies was prompt and exceeded the estimated time of delivery. Didn't realize that my unit did not come with the heated hose. This was an additional expense.

Asking about delivery, was to my home or the local Apria Office in Gilbert AZ,.
Veronica gave me the tracking # and it is being shipped to my address.
I asked about disposal of my out of warranty broken AirSense 10 but she was not aware of
Disposal service through Apria. I will inquire when I speak to the Respiratory Therapist.
Told her I have a SoClean machine and wondered if it's compatible with the AirSense 11,she
Was not sure, said that I can just use soap and water to clean the items.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
